Auto Showcase of Carol Stream

Was Rude and trued to offer half of what my trade in was with because “clutch was slipping” all bs xxxxxxxx dealer waste of time

A family member purchased a car long-distance from Auto Showcase of Carol Stream, and BUYER BEWARE… the salesman said the car was perfect, and with the low mileage of the vehicle, ‘perfect’ was a real possibility. The car was delivered needing both mechanical and cosmetic repairs, and stinking to high heaven of cigarette smoke (the salesman swore no one smoked in the car and that it had no adverse odors). My family member paid out-of-pocket for the repairs and the de-stenching, and was reimbursed for *some* of it by Auto Showcase of Carol Stream, but only after threatening a lawsuit in his own home state, hundreds of miles from Illinois. Now, the car was far from a clunker and was worth buying, but it was definitely misrepresented and worth thousands less than he paid for it. I have personally purchased cars long-distance and had nothing but great experiences, but this place? If you can’t go to Auto Showcase of Carol Stream to see (and smell) the car yourself, my advice is to stay away.

I bought a Challenger on line from Jack D. He is the man to deal with. He described the car in great detail. He called and emailed me back exactly as he said he would. On the day I decided to comit to buy the car Jack was off work and he still called me and did everything I asked to complete the sale. I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. The car arrived in MA on the evening of 7/17.I have bough a lot of cars over the years best experience yet. Thanks agene Jim.

We saw a used corvette online and we called and asked if it was available made an appointment for Saturday and went down to test ride it and drove home in it less than a hour later. Great people great experience Jim was our salesman would recommend him to anyone.

Looked online for a car for my teenage son. Found one we were interested in. Emailed for availability. Emailed me back it was. Went in to test drive. Traded my sons Kia Sorento. They were very fair and willing to work with us. Bought the car. Son loves the Dodge Nitro. Even gave a warranty on 2007.

When ther looking at Saab (red). After walking the whole lot , no one came out to greet us. And we waited by the car . And still no one. Won't go again, came from Wisconsin too.
