Auto Showcase of Carol Stream

This was the first time I ever even thought about buying a car from the internet much less one I hadn't seen or driven. Extremely pleased! I bought a 2009 Toyota Tacoma from Andy and I couldn't be happier. This was the easiest process I've had while buying any vehicle. They sent the paperwork by fed ex and I returned it to them on Friday. I had the truck on Tuesday and when I saw it on the transport vehicle, I realized the pictures didn't do it justice. Sharp, detailed to perfection inside and out; everything I wanted in the truck. This truck had all the features on my previous 1997 Toyota Tacoma (which was totaled in an accident) had with a few more additions such as storage in the bed of the truck, a light on the bed cover, chrome wheels, two sets of floor mats, and just super clean. I can't be happier. Thank GOD for the internet cause I wouldn't have found this vehicle. When I talked with Andy to find out if it was still available and got the yes answer, I immediately put a deposit down and the rest is history. I will always look at Auto Showcase of Carol Stream first before I purchase my next care. Very good customer service with no hassle and their inventory is unbelievable. Thanks Andy and Auto Showcase. My salesperson was Mitch. He was very knowledgeable about the car and arranged everything for me including a pickup at the airport. I had much trepidation about buying a car unseen off the Internet. However all went well. My six year old grandson accompanied me on our flight to Chicago from Atlanta. When we got to the dealership, the triple black vette was in the showroom and actually took your breath away at first look! Within a few minutes we had the paper work done and Mitch went over all the features of the car in detail. Everyone was very accommodating. My grandson and I then left for Atlanta and took three exilerating days to get home with stops at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis and the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. We have our vette for 8 months now and love it more than ever. If I had to do this over again the only thing that I would do differently is take a better look at the tires. They were pretty worn out for a car with only 8k miles. I would buy again from this dealership.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM SIGHT UNSEEN. JUST PICTURES AND SALESMAEN. I GOT THE BEST ONE EVER, ANDY WAS HIS NAME. I'AM ON THE EAST COAST AND TOOK A CHANCE THAT EVERONE SAID I WAS CRAZY TO DO. YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GO BY PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION OF AN AUTO MANY MILES AWAY. I WAS LUCKY TO GET A MAN NAMED ANDY.THAT KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ANDY HELPED WITH EVERYTHING. PAPER WORK AND TAXES FOR HERE ON THE CAR , SHIPPING. I TALKED TO ANDY ABOUT THE CAR NUMEROUS TIMES, AND NEVER ONCE ACTED AS THOUGH I WAS JUST A TIRE KLICKER. THE CAR WAS AT MY HOME AND IN THE GARAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM BEFGINING TO END. THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY BETTER THAN ANDY TOLD ME. THE CAR A A CLK MECERDES BENZ CONVERTABLE AND LOOKED REALLY GREAT. I've bought 8 cars from Auto Showcase over the years, and they were all wonderful! I never had a problem with a single one of them. The sale staff there are very friendly and they don pressure you to buy, but will work with you to find the right car in your price range. The quality of their cars is outstanding and so are their prices. They have such a wide selection of vehicles (and motorcycles) they are bound to have what you are looking for! Their Service Dept is great and always fair with their pricing. They even take time out to explain in detail what is wrong with your car, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. They also have a free local shuttle in case it takes a while. Even their detailing service is excellent; they made the car look better than it did when it was new!!! I would highly recommend Auto Showcase (and the salesman I work with, Mitch) to anyone looking for high quality used cars! Also highly recommend the Service Dept and the Detailing Service! Excellent place to shop!!! A++++++++

Me and my husband had a great expierence with Auto Showcase. We bought a 2009 BMW 335XI from them and loved the dealership and Jasmin our sales man. We will be buying our son a car in the next year and will do business again with Auto Showcase.

I purchased a BMW m3 from this dealer and it was one of the worst mistakes. The car looked very clean upon purchase, but as soon as i left it was nothing but problems. I was in and out of service with the vehicle. I am still having problems with the car and am unable to sell it. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a BMW from Jimmy. Car is great and he was very helpful in the whole process. I live 20 minutes away and bring the car back for oil changes and service.
