Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Trying to switch and bait us. Left with a car and denied paperwork they kept our trade with no official paperwork and sent us out on a Friday night because their finance director had to leave for whatever it was and couldn't figure out how to use their system to get to the numbers we originally agreed on. They tried telling us tax wasn't included when we asked for an all in price before lining up the deal i had already had another dealer ready to sell for the same price but they were much further away from us. In the end i got the car I wanted from the other dealer and didn't even need to use my trade in and made out $251 more then I would have buying from precision. This was not the first time I had a terrible experience at this dealership. 6-7 years ago they discriminated against me because I looked young and they didn't think I could buy a car and basically a different sales rep kicked me out the store and wouldn't appraise my car. Left a bad review and the GSM reached out and got things in order and we ended up making a deal back then. But after this experience I would never recommend anyone buying from here. I have reported this dealership to Acura for bait and switch tactics.
