I am very pleased with the service I received in the sales department. The sales agent Ahmad explained to us clearly about the lease option for buying the ZDX EV. He also was willing to extend help outside his working hours if we needed technical assistance .

It was good I just wish I didn't have to bring the car

It was good I just wish I didn't have to bring the car back after 4 days of driving. for a tire. Light issue that still wasn't really corrected. Other than that all is well.

Ahmed was amazing from the very beginning until the very end. Truly is a asset to the company. Made us feel welcomed and recognized. When others said the deal we wanted couldn’t be done. He said no worries let me take it to my manager; to see what we can do. They made it happen. We were actually there until close and the paper work manager didn’t seem to rush us and they patiently answered any questions we had. Ahmed and the entire team at Pricison totally rock and I would definitely be seeing them again for my next vehicle. Way to go Ahmed! Thanks so much!

Service and repairs is very great and recommended. Worst customer services for Finance and Sales. Finance guy Ryan Guderian is definitely not a fair person who will butter the words and put you in trap. He will say we are just signing the documents and we will submit the next day once we give a final approval. He cheats you and submits for buy out which you will only know when customer service call you for payment. When you approach him he is very rude and all he says is a lie. He will high handle us saying very arrogantly saying you have signed and legally you cant do anything. Just be careful with his words as he lays a trap and portrays he is trying to help us.

Mike has been my Service Advisor for over 10 years at Precision Acura since I bought my first CPO Acura there. He is punctual, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I go back there because I know he will take care of the service my TL needs (100,000+ miles and still driving like new).
