We attempted to purchase a 2023 Acura Type S that was listed online for $44,995.00. I agreed to purchase said vehicle. The salesman Rodrigo said he would send me the Sales Agreement with a $1000 Discount! The next morning he represented that the price was a mistake, it’s $1000 more! I consider it to be a Bait & Switch The Attorney General of NJ will take it from here! Buyer Beware! Be Vigilante nt! UPDATE; If you enjoy Fraud, Deception and Lies you’re at the right Dealership. If not, Run Don’t Walk! Eric the owners Brother called me from his personal cell yesterday afternoon. (He’s Proven to be a Deceptive Liar) He apologized for what occurred and asked if they make the deal right, would I remove my reviews. I said I would. Eric said he would have Gus call me and get it done. I didn’t receive any call from Gus, so I sent a text message to Eric. A few minutes later Ryan finance manager called me. Ryan represented that he sold the vehicle yesterday afternoon! Ryan said he would pay me to remove my reviews! I told Ryan a can’t be bought for any amount! My Complaints are in process! This Dealership is a FRAUDULENT OPERATION! Good Luck dealing with anyone there! In New Jersey, if a dealership advertises a car at a price and agrees to sell it, but then claims an error and raises the price by $1,000, you have recourse under New Jersey's I m ill Consumer Fraud Act for potential bait-and-switch tactics or misrepresentation; you can demand they honor the price, file complaints with the NJ Attorney General or DMV,I
