What a great experience as compared with other car
What a great experience as compared with other car dealerships! They were honest and straightforward with everything from start to finish, and they didn't play any games with the pricing. The salesman Raj also went out of his way to find the car with the exact color and features that I wanted. I just love my new car! Thank you!

We have purchased probably over 30 new cars from Ford.
We have purchased probably over 30 new cars from Ford. Toyota and Infiniti dealerships and I can honestly say our car purchase experience at Precision Acura was the absolute worst ever! Still in disbelief the experience could be so bad! Our salesman knew absolutely NOTHING (I had to tell him you had a certain color combo on his lot and he didn't believe me to the fact I asked Sirius XM Radio came with a trial and he told me to just call Sirius to ask. We gave him the hall pass on that but the finance guy and our salesman were downright fighting with us in the showroom over our paperwork and then the finance guy lost our title and lien release from Infiniti for our trade that was with his paperwork but he was a mess that night (I could see he was disorganized) and two trips back to Precision to sign off on info to get that paperwork for Precision that THEY lost and multiple emergent phone calls to get me there and now that I think the nightmare is over, it seems they STILL can't get me my registration because they never took pictures of our former plates. Oh and our salesman was absolutely no help setting up the tech with us. It was late but he really didn't want to be bothered and kept saying, "hit this" or "download that" and then walking away for long periods. The combo of the salesman, finance guy, that we are on our second temporary tag with no registration and the learning curve my wife is enduring to learn the tech of this vehicle guarantees me we will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Precision again. It's a shame as our daughter is on her second vehicle purchased from Precision in 10. years and she had great luck with her salesman and from what she told me, the finance guy I had is new, as she didn't have him or his issues. The finance guy seemed to call the owner while we were there to tattle on the process our salesman did with acquiring our downpayment too. I believe that is what began their verbal argument right in front of us. Horrible, horrible experience. I even waited 6 weeks before filling out this survey to not be as angry about this experience.

This was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Thankfully Susan asked Ahmed to assist me with the car I was interested in. He is extremely knowledgeable and infinitely patient. Even when presented with a few obstacles, Ahmed took them in stride and even made resolving them enjoyable! I have never had such complete confidence in a salesperson and the decision which Acura is perfect for me! Megan, body shop, was a delight to coordinate work with. She had the work lined up and me in a loaner effortlessly. Thank you! The only down side to my transaction was Dan in finance. Dan, NEVER talk smack about your coworker in front of a customer. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
