I think Marc is great.

I think Marc is great. And I will always give him a good review. My frustration is that you now charge a 3% fee for using a credit card and we are not told that before we pay. I would not have even know had I not seen the sticker on the desk. I feel that is shady. I would have had cash available to pay. And, I should mention, I’m paying with a GM credit card.

I was in for the Trailer Brake recall: I had those brakes

I was in for the Trailer Brake recall: I had those brakes fail on me on a steep grade south of Barstow! Thanks, GM, for an experience that scared my better half and had me rattled. The Silveira crew was a well oiled machine: took my LB crewcab in and loaned me a 1/2 ton with the Baby Duramax, cool!! A chance to drive that motor that we've been curious about; I saw the badge on a Suburban a year ago. It was nothing like the 2006 LBZ I owned, 3 trucks back. I got my one-ton the next morning with 3 recalls done, had to back and fill to get around the shop-- this is a busy dealership because they are good, and have been on that location for decades. Their good reputation is earned still.

Marc and the Silveira service department have been great

Marc and the Silveira service department have been great to work with over the years. I had a bit of trouble scheduling my truck for recall repairs, but once I got there the service and responsiveness were excellent.

I shopped around a lot for the right car and I did find Joe was my favorite sales person to deal with. He provided me with multiple options and estimates.
