SUNNY CITY SHADY DEALER

I bought a car from Jorge Castello from nissan miami. I thought I got a fair deal until I went to have the items installed that I was promised . I was supposed to get a safety cafe that protects you from flying items . When I got to the shoip they did not want to give me what I was promised. The item they wanted to install was unsafe. Flying metal could go through van and hit someone. The dealer told me tough you left so sorry. I guess I made a mistake for trusting them. That same day II went and bought a nissan frontier from a different dealer. MiAMI IS A SUNNY PLACE WITH SHADY DEALERS DONT TRUST THEM

BEST EXPERIENCE buying my first new car!

Patricio Penalver was my sales person, he was very friendly and helpful, I had a very good deal on my 2015 Altima thanks to Patricio and George Rossi a sales manager, they're both EXCELLENT........ and they treatment me like family. :-). Thanks.....

Dishonest salesperson and finance manager

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. The agreement we made was to make the last 2 payments on our lease they would take care of closing out the lease. We bought the car from them in late September and made another payment because the bill was due and they took over 2 weeks to send my payment to Infiniti. They never closed out my lease and I got a bill from Infiniti for wear and tear and mileage. Our salesman originally told us not to worry the car would go to the auction, well that was a lie. I called to speak with their finance manager about getting my payment refunded but they told me he resigned. I went to the dealership to speak with the new finance manager since he wasn't returning any of my calls and he said he would take care of it. I have called him a few times since then but he never returned my calls.

Great sales rep!

I had a great experience with Autonation Nissan's e-commerce manager Daniel Vazquez. Overall, the first time I walked into the dealership and went to look at the possibility of changing my car it wasn't a good experience. I got greeted by an older gentleman on a Sunday afternoon, he took me for a test drive of the car I wanted and basically printed a useless quote for me. He wasn't paying attention to any of my requests and/or needs. I completely ruled out the possibility of ever going back until Daniel started calling me. He kept offering great rebates and discounts on the car I wanted and assured me that if I went back he wouldn't let me leave without my new car. He also worked over the phone to sugar coat everything by already giving me #s which were more appealing to me (because I wasn't going back without an incentive). This I thought were good skills. As soon as we met, right off the bat he took care of my needs and came back with a quote that was much more accurate. I have to say I was impressed! After that, I left with my quote and he kept on helping me get to the price I needed to take the car. He truly is excellent at keeping you informed and up to date, he doesn't leave you hanging or with questions, he has great presence and good communication skills. If anyone I knew were looking into a Nissan I would recommend him, he really did got he extra mile.

got in contact thru the internet with Jorge Castello and he gave us not only a great price but a great service thru out. Buying a Nissan,go to see him,you wont regret it.

Transmission Work Performance

Customer Service is excellent. They have rental vehicles, but not of sufficient supply. The original service performed was within the time window advised. Several days after I picked up the vehicle, a "check engine soon" light came on with the resulting code P0778 Pressure control Solenoid. I brought the vehicle back, and they reset codes. I was notified to pick up the vehicle an hour later. Overall very fast service.

I like this dealer a lot.

I have enjoyed going to this dealer since 2009. They helped me find the right car for me. The service department has been great. The money is worth, because they deliver value.
