Great car buying experience

Pedro Remior totally amazing sales person!

I have now leased 2 cars from Pedro. And I refuse to go to anyone else. He makes the process easier than easy! He is a tremendous asset to Nissan. I am a committed client of Nissan but only with Pedro. There are 2 other locations closer but Pedro will always have my business. :0)

Happy with new purchase

My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for about two months. We finally went in to visit AutoNation Nissan Miami, I can guarantee that it was well worth the wait. We were greeted by a friendly and very helpfull staff, not to mention their willingness to assist in the purchase of our new vehicle. The sales consultant Jairo was exceptional !!!! He demonstrated the vehicle and showed me all my options and the best plan suited for us. The finance manager Cristo, was extremely patient and addressed all of our concerns in a very understandable manner. The facilities are great and well maintained. I strongly recommnet this dealer to all of those looking to be treated with respect. A very pleasant visit. Rodhe & David

Great buying experience.

I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder. Joseph was my salesman and it was best buying experience I have gone thru. He was upfront and honest from the moment I met him. I plan on a long lasting relationship with Autonation Nissan as long as he's there.

Great customer service with Joel

My experience at Nissan with Joel was exceptional. I always hate going to car places because I don't know much about cars and I feel like I'm vulnerable to "tricks," higher prices, and unnecessary charges. Joel not only diagnosed the problem in my car immediately (a brake-light problem, the result of normal wear-and-tear), he helped me fix it in the most economic way possible. He also gave me a list of suggestions for my future car management, which a feel like a lot of car people do but Joel went through each item and told me which ones were really pertinent and when they should be evaluated .... he didn't pressure me into fixing some "urgent" problem immediately. To top it all off, he called me when my car was finished (I was at the dentist down the road) and even provided continued instructions via phone even while he was on his lunch break. Highly recommend Joel at Nissan Miami
