My experience at Nissan with Joel was exceptional. I always hate going to car places because I don't know much about cars and I feel like I'm vulnerable to "tricks," higher prices, and unnecessary charges. Joel not only diagnosed the problem in my car immediately (a brake-light problem, the result of normal wear-and-tear), he helped me fix it in the most economic way possible. He also gave me a list of suggestions for my future car management, which a feel like a lot of car people do but Joel went through each item and told me which ones were really pertinent and when they should be evaluated .... he didn't pressure me into fixing some "urgent" problem immediately. To top it all off, he called me when my car was finished (I was at the dentist down the road) and even provided continued instructions via phone even while he was on his lunch break.
