Out-Of-State Buyer Friendly!

I purchased a 2012 pre-owned Mini from Mike at ALT on 8/2/2018. I had a wonderful experience. This is the 3rd time I've purchased a vehicle out-of-state and it was the EASIEST. (I live in WA.) Mike went out of his way to work with my schedule and he had the experience that made everything on my end go smoothly. I absolutely LOVE my MINI and am so pleased with how well it was represented both in pictures and verbally (via our many conversations.) Unlike some dealers (who seem to give more attention to high budget buyers), I was impressed with the level of communication and care that was spent on my (relatively) modest car purchase. Honest, fair, considerate, professional...Plus, I was delighted to find out that Mike and I share a love for dogs! Bonus :-) (Dog people are always good people, in my book!)

The best auto dealer I ever worked with

Bought a G37 Infiniti from Mike at Auto locators. They specialize in really clean low-mileage cars at a very reasonable price. I've been looking for a G37 low mileage 4 almost 6 months. Had three of them bought out from underneath me before I could get to see them. Mike had a beautiful low mileage G37 at a great price. I snatched it up! The only flaw was it was missing the trunk mat. At his expense, Mike got me a brand new Factory with one within a few days. What can I say I like Mike!! If people treated each other the way Mike treated me there'd be a lot fewer problems in this world.

Pre-owned Vehicle purchase

Excellent experience with Auto Locators. Found above average vehicle for below average price. Treated with prompt professionalism and friendly staff. Mike B. was extremely helpful and informative without a pressured approach. I highly recommend looking at their inventory and discussing your need with them prior to purchasing a vehicle.

Awesome

Very straightforward and honest any little thing I saw on the car that I had questions about they help me with. Even after my purchase there are more than happy to help on some of the cosmetics that I saw.

Great customer service

We bought a Lexus from this dealership yesterday, and they are a dream to work with compared to other car dealerships. Everyone is super helpful, patient and efficient. There is nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for hours upon hours to purchase a vehicle. They have streamlined the process and it is the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. There are a few dents in the car that I did not see, but when my husband noticed them, they were super quick to let us know they would get them fixed for us. Fantastic place to purchase your next vehicle!

I bought a car here

I bought a car here, I took plane from Detroit to Dallas, bought a BMW X5 diesel from them, I have very good experience with Amanda, she sent me the carfax and additional pictures of the car that i asked her ,was in and out in 30min!!!! I had tolled Amanda to inform me if she gets any BMW 335 convertible in, I would buy again!!!! The only think that I didn't like is they couldn't pick me up from Dallas airport which is 25min a way, I will suggest them that they should pick up all the costumes that come from out of state to buy from them especially the one like me that paid for the car cash!!!!!!

Friendly people, great atmosphere

We were the couple who stopped by to test drive the 2006 Honda Odyssey today. We ended up buying a different vehicle from a private seller, but we wanted to tell you how impressed we were by your dealership and we have already recommended you to some friends! We appreciated how friendly your staff was even after we ended up buying something else and felt like you would make sure the van we would have bought was in the best possible condition. Your office space is beautiful and felt homey too:) thank you!

National Lifetime PowerTrain Warranty is junk; don't trust !

Purchased a 2005 Toyota Sienna van. Van had some things I was aware of (poorly-repaired dent in right rear, sun-shredded paint, worn tires) but a number of items I wasn't aware of (leaky radiator, leaking differential, transmission cover clunk, and two leaky and rusted-on mufflers). We were assured at the time of purchase that the National Lifetime Powertrain Warranty would cover all parts of the drive train with the exception of things that need normal lubrication (oil change, etc). So even though we thought we'd probably be stuck paying for the radiator and the mufflers and the tires, we were confident that at least the differential would be covered. But alas - - NLPW didn't cover ANYTHING - - not worth the paper it's printed on. The NLPW contract is vague and allows the NLPW supplier to slip out of any attempt at paying you any compensatory $$. Their game (which is common, according to the car manufacturer) is to not honor the warranty if they can remotely assert they don't have to. We've now had our car at the local dealer for three weeks awaiting ANY response from NLPW, despite our regular calls to them. They failed to honor the timelines they give to us in sending out their "agent" (labeled by a witness as a "bozo") to our local dealer. In our case, (a) they told us when we first got the car that they'd cover the differential, but that we had to wait for three months with our faulty car before they'd cover anything; (b) they then asserted that we didn't properly do maintenance such as changing oil (which we had, and which we proved); (c) then they asserted that we hadn't properly maintained the "slip differential" in the 3 months we've had the car (but it turns out that our car doesn't even have a "slip differential", as verified by the car manufacturer); and (d) they then stated that that they don't cover the differential, since it's not listed on their vague contract. Our local contact said that he's used to such warranty companies trying to get out of paying, but this has surpassed even his experience. I'd love to know when the differential became external to the powertrain !! Auto Traders of Texas has not remedied this unfairness. The repairs we're now faced with actually exceed the car's worth, so we'll probably have to dump this one and start over. No more Auto Traders for me.

Best Dealer Ever!

Took a three- hour drive from Oklahoma City to Texas and it was so worth it. Best cars, best service and best people! Friendly and helpful but not pushy coz their cars are the best in the market! We were helped by Mike very professional, did everything he said he'll do. My car was directly shipped the day after they received the papers from my bank! They made me forget the awful experience I had at the biggest dealer here in Okc! I'll definitely go back any time we need a car! Highly recommend them they're the best!

Great customer service, they go above and beyond!

Great experience! Great selection of cars! I was able to find exactly what I wanted, & for a great price. They go above and beyond to accommodate you, very patient, and keeps in contact w/ you during the decision process w/o being pushy. Mike B. was a pleasure to work with!
