My husband and I have bought 2 cars from Richard in the last 4 years. Both Infinitis and both in great condition. The last car we purchased was an Infiniti M37X, fully loaded. We scoped out other dealers to do our due diligence and we found that no one could beat Richard's price for the amount of car they were offering. This dealership is extremely laid back with a very comfortable environment. No haggling, no pressure and easy purchase process. Amber was informative about the vehicle we were interested in and very patient in dealing with all our requests and questions. She was great to work with! What it really boils down to is the fact that I trust the quality of car this dealer offers and the information they provide. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from ALTTX.

Nice People
I went to this dealer to look at a SAAB 95. I had called and told the lady at the dealer that I would be there at a certain time on Saturday (since I live about 30 miles from their location). We arrived, test drove the car, liked the car and discussed the deal. I did have a concern about the car, SAAB 95 use premium gas and this one was knocking like it have been filled with regular. We did agree on a price, but when I tried to pay with my debit card, they said that they could not take it. I said I did not have any other way to pay for it. The lady said she had to leave by a certain time - maybe we could come back with cash. Or go someplace and get a money order (she called Wal-Mart to see if they could do this), but she again said she had to be gone by 3:30. NO offer to let someone else help us. We left and decided to go look elsewhere. Nice people, but take cash with you if you want to buy a car.

Very very friendly and helpful.....very hard to believe the negative reviews. I bought a 2007 Jeep from Auto locators 1) ...they offered many upgrade choices at severely discounted prices using their wholesale costs. (wheels, tires, bumbers, lift kits, etc...) I actually looked them up online and found that they are much cheaper to buy from Autolocators. 2) I live 3 hours away and they were willing to let me take the vehicle home and ship me the upgraded wheels tires I purchased when they arrived or hold them for pick up at my convenience 3) 2 days after i purchased the vehicle I lowered the soft top and found some broken parts ($500+ for me to buy parts online) I made one phone call and Auto locators ordered the parts, had them within a few days....I didnt ask them to replace they offered to w/ no expense to me. 4) I returned to the dealership where the parts were replaced same day and new wheels and tires installed free of charge. Ive purchased many cars....actually one of the best experiences Ive had and I will be back for the next one.

Visited dealership on 1/30/2012 to inquire on a 2008 Range Rover. Worst customer experience I have ever had. A wasted two hours out of my day. Staff acted as if my business wasn't needed. After test driving the vehicle I returned to find they had ran the VIN on my vehicle and were more interested in its history than telling me about the purchase I was there for. After asking questions about their purchase process I received no useful information. I left the dealership wondering how can do they business without showing any interest in selling to the customer. I got no substantial answers about their process and was told I would get a call in a couple of hours with information on how the trade-in process would work for my vehicle. I never heard back from them. The young girl I worked with was not friendly in the least, they didn't have information on file about the vehicle I was purchasing; basically the price was the only thing I knew via internet before and after the visit. They never even mentioned the cost. Also after test driving and looking over the vehicle it was apparent that little attention was paid to preparing it for a buyer. I have to wonder how they would treat a customer after cashing the check if this was how this is how they performed before the transaction.

RUN, RUN,Run to someplace else! This company has no service and treats their best customers like dirt! I purchased a 2008 Range Rover from Auto Locators of Texas, and three months later purchased a 2007 BMW X-5, from Autolocators. The X-5 had two cracked wheels and a tire that was dangerous to drive on due to a bubble in the sidewall. Autolocators gave me another USED matching tire and refused to replace the tire with a new $250 tire even though I had just purchased over $70,000 of cars in less than three months! In addition, Discount tire told me that they were scared to work on the cracked wheels and would not drive fast in case they fail! After numerous trips to the Discount Tire, and back to Autolocators, I had to purchase a matching front tire and finally got Autolocators to pay for a new front tire, so I could drive safely. ( I had to ask for payment, there was no offer to make things right)! As for the cracked wheels, AutoLocators was no help. They had to be filled with air every two days and I got no help whatsoever from AutoLocators! I was furious, and had spent way too much time trying to resolve the tire and wheel issues! The wheels were unsafe to drive on and AutoLocators Made no attempt to hold up even half of the cost. I have since sold the BMW, purchased a Mercedes from another dealership, and will never do business with AutoLocators Of Texas Again! Just talk with the snobs at t he front desk and one gets a bad feeling-no smiles! With this kind of service, they will be out of business soon! RUN from them-Don't even drive by-THEY ARE BAD!
