Rick was very kind, helpful, and charismatic? as always. The service tech that worked on my car sent videos to update me and made sure I was pleased before I left. Always happy with GMC.

Don't Trust GMC service Dept.
The service department lies to you about your vehicle to the point ut caused my engine to fail and now I am stuck with car note but a vehicle not working. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE!

Service department was not honest
Do not go to this service department. I went in for a key fob issue that was unresolved and they charged me 70.00 for nothing. They opened up my hood and put my car up on the rack and told me I had 11% oil and had an oil leak along with other issues. Took car to another reputable mechanic and I had 70% oil, no leak, and no other issues. I am due to buy a new car in the near future. I will not do business with any flow dealership ever again. Learned my lesson the hard way. I requested a call from them and was never called back.

Ripoff!
Ordered a power steering pump online from them for my Cadillac SRX and it never showed up! FEDX tracking number only worked part of the time and when it finally did work, it said it was arriving early. Next notification was that the sender (Flow) asked it be returned. No signature was ever required, I even got notification it was delivered finally, at FLOW CHEVROLET! E-mailed to request whereabouts and crickets. Never doing business with them again!

Worst place i have ever bought from !!!! bought parts online. Nothing ever shipped !!!!! customer service SUCKS! no one will call you back, no return emails. when you do get a hold of someone they hang up on you !!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM !!!!!

Not pleased with customer service
The experience was not so good customer service was not up to par. And the wait time for service was extremely to long. But the diagnostic was accomplished.

2017 Buick Envision
I purchased a used car from Flow of Greensboro and worked with Stephen Burton (2017 Buick Envision). He was such a delight to work with and his customer service skills are excellent. If I was to ever purchase another car for Flow of Greensboro it would be Stephen whom I would want to work. He made my purchase effortless during and after the journey. You have a gem of an employee.

Great experience
Nice dealership as dealerships go. Friendly Knowledgeable sales staff. Purchased a new car for my daughter, it was a great experience. Even though I wad the purchaser, the sales staff explained everything to my daughter about the car. I will buy again from this dealership.

2019 Chevy 2500 HD
Talked to sales all week to purchase new truck, had cash in hand. They sent me several emails on price, then drove 3 hours to find out when we got there and talking to dishonest Jeff, he increased price of truck $7000.00 and told us he made a mistake. I won't go back there again! Bad customer skills! Be advised Flow Chevrolet is a dishonest dealership and should never dealing with public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
