2017 Buick Envision
I purchased a used car from Flow of Greensboro and worked with Stephen Burton (2017 Buick Envision). He was such a delight to work with and his customer service skills are excellent. If I was to ever purchase another car for Flow of Greensboro it would be Stephen whom I would want to work. He made my purchase effortless during and after the journey. You have a gem of an employee.
Nice dealership as dealerships go. Friendly Knowledgeable sales staff. Purchased a new car for my daughter, it was a great experience. Even though I wad the purchaser, the sales staff explained everything to my daughter about the car. I will buy again from this dealership.
2019 Chevy 2500 HD
Talked to sales all week to purchase new truck, had cash in hand. They sent me several emails on price, then drove 3 hours to find out when we got there and talking to dishonest Jeff, he increased price of truck $7000.00 and told us he made a mistake. I won't go back there again! Bad customer skills! Be advised Flow Chevrolet is a dishonest dealership and should never dealing with public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought many cars new and used over my lifetime abut only twice have I had a truly pleasant buying experience. What did those 2 times have in common? I went to Flow of Winston Salem!! If you need a car, truck or SUV -- new or used -- any price range...doesn't matter...go to Flow!
When I bought my car in 2018, I was told I would have free inspections for as long as I had the car. Get here today and I'm told they are no longer doing that. Talk about false advertising!! I will NEVER come here for regular car work or inspections again!!!!!

Beware...Just another dealership looking to profit
Took our Yukon in for service while under warranty and were told all was good, that the problem was due to our selection of "Auto 4-wheel drive" and nothing was wrong with the SUV. They told us to drive in 2 wheel and that would solve the issue. Fast forward several months and the problem still existed. We took the truck back in and they told us it was out of warranty and it would cost $2,700 to fix the problem (they now had the answer and a game plan). When we challenged this and stated that we first brought it while under warranty they lowered the charge to fix to $1,400. We took it to a local car repair shop (that came recommended by a friend) and they laughed at the dealership's analysis and fixed the problem for $300. The local shop even told us that the problem is well known in the online community and that the dealership should have known about it the first time we brought it in.

Awful customer service
The service I had day of (8/21/19) all was well. The guy that was helping me was great (Robert G) but after leaving from getting an oil change and a free tire my tire sensors started going off. I was on the other side of town by this time and so went to that Chevy dealership. They said they probably forgot to recalibrate my tires sensors. He used this thing and taduh all was fine. 15 minutes later it happened again. I called GMC Flow dealership to tell them what happened and I needed it fixed. I got a returned call from Josh what said that it was my tire censor battery was dying/died and said it was something they weren’t responsible for. My argument of course was that this censor didn’t start going off until they rotated my tires. He got fussy and wasn’t taking my responsibility for what happened and wasn’t going to do anything about it. I don’t care if that battery was going to go out eventually we’ll never know if it would of done so if I hadn’t gotten my tires rotated. So now I have to pay it the nose to get those bloody batteries changed or listen to that xxxx singing noise! Thanks for nothing and your god awful customer service!

went in for car service on my 2013 Equinox and looked around in show room and found a great sales lady . Mercy Ramirez-Newsom who was awesome to work with . She was not pushy and worked with me with finances through GM . Also worked with me with color and price .

Went a different direction, But a great experience
Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!
Best Automobile buying experience ever.
Purchased: 2018 GMC Sierra SLT A BIG Thank You to my Sales”lady” Beth Vogler. This was the best Automobile buying experience I have ever had. The entire experience from test drive, through to deliver and including the paper work was easy. Russ Cox (Sales Manager) and Chris Gagnon (Finance Manager) made the purchase effortless for the customer and were truly a joy to work with. The whole team addressed any concerns I had without making me feel as if I was asking too much or being difficult, and trust me I can be difficult (ask my wife).
