Took my car in to have a recalled part replaced. Took them 2.5 hours for a job they told me would take 1 hour. They also performed an inspection and f...ound that my front brakes needed replaced. This wasn't surprising so I decided to let them do the work same day since they told me they had the parts and the availability. Waited an additional 1.5 hours before they came and informed me that they did NOT actually have the parts and had quoted me the wrong price. At least a friendly shuttle driver took me home so I can try to accomplish something with this entire wasted day. Still waiting on a repaired car and an accurate quote.... Can't speak to the sales side of the business, but I would avoid the service department.
