I and My husband had a very good experience on June 17th when looking for a used car. Robert Cole found a me a 2016 Honda SUV . It was exactly what I wanted. I love it and thank Robert for all his help with my purchase.

I recommend checking other dealers first.
I got there at 11am, didn't leave until 5:30pm. Only looked at 1 car. The car I chose was the one the salesperson told me was already sold at first, but when I was walking he mentioned it actually wasn't sold and he'd recommend it. Why didn't he recommend it from the start? I had a 9 year old and a 20 month old with me and the process was dragged out for hours so I didn't have a chance to go to another dealer that day or feed the kids dinner. Luckily we packed lunch because the facility offers no food or drinks beyond water. I reluctantly bought the car, but I strongly suggest to check elsewhere first if a good deal is your top priority. My drivers license was also lost by the salesperson and no compensation was offered, so they actually costed me $45 for no reason other than utter incompetance. I'm disgusted with Flow Honda.

Very positive car buying experience with Michael Schmitt!
Michael Schmitt, our sales consultant was very helpful, professional and patient in our search for the right family Van. He took the time to show us half a dozen models and let us test drive the Odessey till we found the version that best suited our needs. My Honda Civic is a good car. The service you get
I bought a new 2013 Honda Civic. First oil change the car comes out and there is grease hand prints on my glove box and seat. Mechanic comes out and sprays something on my seat and smears it everywhere. I left mad . 2nd oil change same thing again I’m really pissed but didn’t complain. My wife wreck her truck and needed a new fender. My insurance said they were the best. Outside of fender looks good but inside the fender is over spray. I’d be ashamed of that kind of work! I’m getting ready to buy another car and guess where I’m not going. No problem with the Honda Civic . It’s the quality of service. It’s not good. I’m not driving to Greensboro or High point for service.

First time Honda buyer!
As a long time Nissan customer, this was our first time dealing with Honda and Flow. I must say that both my wife and I were very surprised at what an incredibly pleasant experience it was. Jaime was great! He was unbelievably patient as I flip flopped between the Civic and the Accord, test driving both several times. He was also quite knowledgeable, easily answering the plethora of questions we had about both models. Finally, and most importantly, he was nice. There wasn't an instant where we felt like all he was interested in was selling us a car, not once. The after-the-sale team was great as well. Steve, the finance manager (whose name my wife and I unfortunately can't recall), Olivia, and especially Ahmed, who was extraordinarily patient teaching old folks new technology, were all outstanding. My wife, who is currently driving a 2008 Honda Odyssey that we bought from a friend, is already looking forward to dealing with Flow, if and when it ever dies. That is a strong testament to their team.
