If I could rate a ZERO I would!

If I could rate a ZERO I would! Everything was dealt online as I’m 10 hours from this dealership. After purchasing my Expedition I was told it would be delivered in 3-4 days. One WEEK later I still hadn’t received my vehicle OR heard any kind of update after messaging multiple times to get the status on it. Communication- rated a ZERO. Upon receiving my vehicle 8 days later, the inside and outside were NOT clean. All that was done was getting vacuumed. The buttons on the steering wheel were sticky where you couldn’t press anything without the buttons getting stuck. There were crumbs everywhere, and nothing was wiped down. My two year old could’ve cleaned better. I live 30 miles out of town and the Expedition came with 15 miles till empty on gas. Cleanliness- rated ZERO. After inspecting my car the back fender was broke and there were dents all in the tailgate. I was told by my salesperson, Joseph that dents were being taken out that’s why I was delayed on getting my car. DENTS WERE NOT TAKEN OUT. After calling the dealership and letting them know the back fender was broke, they asked me to go get a quote. So, I did and sent them the quote July 28th. It is now August 12 and after multiple times calling, texting and emailing Joseph and Maryam I have heard NOTHING. As this is a $1600 fix I will keep messaging this dealership until they do the right thing and pay for this fix as they said they would. BEWARE of this dealership and do not give them your business. Completely unprofessional.

Ali was example of what a car sales should be, he did not

Ali was example of what a car sales should be, he did not push us to any one car and let us make our own decision. He was there from start to finish of the transaction and highly recommended for someone who wants a smooth experience in car buying.

Mislead on the phone

They (Sarah) wasted several hours of my time driving and paying for gas and tolls to get there only for the car I called ahead about to be misrepresented. According to what they’ve placed on cars.com and what sarah told me on the phone, the car had no accident or previous damage reports. On the phone, she said she was looking at the report and that it was totally clear and clean. When I got there, it was clearly obvious the car had been in a wreck and the repair job was awful. There were paint runs in the work. I’ve never used auto web before and I never will now

I don’t have enough great things to say about this whole

I don’t have enough great things to say about this whole experience!!! My anxiety and over analyzing usually gets the best of me during a car buying experience but this time was the ultimate perfection from the first call to driving away with my new Jeep! Ali is exceptional and makes you feel important and that he cares!!! I knew I was in the right place the second I met Ali! I also want to thank Axel for wrapping it all up with all the many signatures…lol You both are incredible and I will send everyone I know who needs or wants a beautiful new car! Go check them out , they have so many gorgeous cars. Thank you again and I’ll see you soon -Christi 💜

Well I need to rewrite my review, after some

Well I need to rewrite my review, after some conversations with Joe, all issues were worked out. I had a difficult financing situation which Joe resolved for me. There was a problem with delivery and Joe resolved that as well. LD did a great job of videoing the vehicle so we had a close up picture. All in all the process ended up being a huge success,!

I requested a total out the door price a vehicle, they

I requested a total out the door price a vehicle, they sent me an itemized proposal and it showed that in addition to the advertised price, they added another $2896.00 in reconditioning fee. the vehicle was a 2022 with 3300 miles on it! When I asked what was done that would cost 2890.00, they said it was for an oil change and to replace 2 trim pieces. I asked if they would remove the over inflated charge, they reduced it to 1500.00. I reminded them that according to the Texas Administrative Code Title 43 Part 10 Chapter 215 Rule 215.250, the dealer must be willing to see the vehicle at the featured sales price, plus sales tax and Doc. fee. When I asked if they were unwilling to sell at the advertised price, they quickly said, "sorry we just sold it to someone else". 4 days later, the vehicle is still listed for sale on the website. Be sure to read and question all the additional charges they like to add to the advertised price!
