I ONLY GAVE THIS BUSINESS ONE STAR BECAUSE "ZERO" STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION: This dealership and its car salesman knowingly let my husband drive off its lot with an unsafe car which did not have airbags or workable seatbelts; standard safety features required in all cars on the road. The fact that the car had no airbags or workable seatbelts was at no time disclosed to my husband from the very beginning of our dealings through its end. In fact, it was never disclosed by your dealership or your car salesman at all, ever. Now all they are doing is trying to sell us a different car. DO NOT do business with Auto Web Expo! They obviously do not care that they are putting your life and the life of anyone that gets into the care you purchased from them in danger. The business needs to be shut down for unethical and illegal business practices.

Purchased a BMW 540i and the initial purchase experience up to payment was about as expected. The challenge came in the fact that that they did not credit my $500 deposit when calculating my total due resulting in me providing payment of $500 above agreed upon price. Understands mistakes can happen, but I have called three separate times to address the error. First time manager said he would pull my paper work and call me back. Never heard back and placed two additional calls with no response from a manager. At this point not sure if they are either avoiding me because they owe me money or are incompetent. This experience took place at the smaller Plano dealership under the same name.

I just purchased my car from Auto Web Expo, and when I say my salesman Fadi Fayyad was great along with the rest of the staff Spencer and Maryam. I will definitely recommend them to anyone just as I was recommended to them.
