We had a overall great experience here. We were able to do almost everything online. It was nice not having to be at a dealership for 6 hours. We were in and out and they were VERY kind and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

I bought a 2016 Cadillac from Web Expo back in November 2021. After purchasing i found out that the car was wrecked and I was lied and told the car was not wrecked and was told a number of time that the mark in the car fax was for the modification the car has and not due to being wrecked. I also just found out that the dealership did a state inspection on the car before i bought it and Since then I have found that the car was sold to me with no Catalytic Converters and 5% window tint. Both of these would fail the inspection yet this dealership gave me a good inspection sticker. I have contacted the dealership to make this right and they are refusing to help me and will not return my calls.

I purchased a car from this dealership from out of States. I was treated very bad, no gas in the car and no voucher for gas and upon receiving the car, took the car to Mercedes dealership. they recommended I replaced all tires and one wheel was bad . I called the manager, she promised to call me and never did. She acted like is not her problem very bad experience and customer service. She acted like she don't care. Took my number to call me back and never did. Please be careful when buying from out of town.

He's extremely knowledgeable with his inventory and actually outlines pros and cons within your options. This is my second vehicle I am getting from Ali and I will recommend him a hundred times again to anyone looking for the perfect accomodation when shopping for a vehicle.
