Absolute worst experience ever. I bought a 2018 GLC Mercedes at this dealership and I completely regret it. When I originally purchased the vehicle they told me it came with certain features I was looking for. Later on I found out, after I bought it, that was a lie and they false advertised the car. Also, two weeks after I drove it off the lot the engine light came on. I went to their service center three times and they were incapable of fixing the issue and they sent me to the dealership. I went to the dealership and they said they took care of it but a week later the engine light was back on. I'm still dealing with this issue two months after I bought the car. Also, why would you sell a car that has so many issues. They supposedly told they would exchange my SUV for one that was very similar but that didn't have as many issues. They offered me a 2018 GLC with more mileage and they still wanted me to pay 5000 more over the life of the loan for this SUV. How do you expect me to pay more if this was your issue to fix. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. I had the absolute worst experience dealing with them. Please save your self some trouble and go somewhere else.
