Ali was very helpful and patient in the buying process — even went with me offsite to have a pre-purchase inspection performed on the vehicle I ended up buying, which took over an hour and he was very cool about it. I felt that he was transparent and did not pressure me into prematurely making a decision to buy, which was not my experience with other salesmen at AWE. I would recommend only dealing with Ali at this dealership.

My boyfriend bought a car for me for Christmas and had it shipped to Ga. 2 months later and the title work is still sitting on the title clerks desk. I don't have a tag, cannot register the car and won't be able to continuing driving without a tag. Ga DMV has a fine of about $200 for not registering within 30 days. Guess we got screwed on that too! Oh, and I called the so called manager yesterday and she was going to find out what was going on and handle it. Guess what? She doesn't return calls either. Don't buy from these people. They are xxxx poor at doing business.

DJ was great! I was with a family member who bought the car! She left happy and I was happy for her. He made my mom feel comfortable and didn’t second guess her choice. He listened to what she wanted and he provided the best service she experienced. In reality she didn’t need me . Most do take advantage of her kindness ( she’s older ) but DJ took the time to listen to what she wanted and he didn’t give her less then what she stated. When it comes to being transparent, I would go back to DJ.
