Worst experience and customer service in my life ! After i have bought My car , Aime cruz from sales department stopped answering my messages and phone calls ! Once they sell the car they ignore their customers ! Very disappointed and will never buy from them again esp Aime Cruz

I was trying to buy 2 cars from the dealership and trade 2 cars in. During the COVID environment I found it better to send clean and clear pictures of my cars to see the trade in value. The manger who was extremely rude and unprofessional accuses of my not owning the cars and then states I am wasting their time as I have no intention of buying.I was actually going to drive to the dealership after work today. He was unprofessional, I am surprised hired as A MANAGER in a dealership. Very surprising as this business usually requires courteous and patient people.
