Purchases a vehicle in feb. no one even the gm responds to my sd nav cArd missing. Lies of it ordered! BBB notified. When the called that my payment to hold vehicle didn’t go through, I Gave them info immediately to rectify. Was told on feb 28 my card would be ordered. Yet, here is is almost june and nothing! Al my calls, emails and texts are recorded prove they lie and pass the buck instead of being honest.

Very happy with the buying experience-thank you! We were pre-approved but were unaware that I was $5000 upside down on my trade in. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali. He is very customer service focus which is a rare find these days. The only negative is the time I had to wait for the finance guy Jose.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Horrible treatment!!! Unable to get the salesman David Garza or the sales manager to respond to questions after purchasing a car. Do not expect any assistance at all after the purchase if you buy a car here. David Garza is perhaps the worst ever salesman to exist. He forgot how to use a phone or a keyboard to respond to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Neither manager will return texts or emails either. Todd Jolley & Steve Martin are useless as managers since they have no desire to help customers.

My son purchased a Mercedes Benz here . We had some questions about the title and registration and other items and emailed the salesman David Garza. We also tried texting, calling and have even texted the sales manager Steven Martin. It has been a week and no one will respond in any way to any form of contact. I would strongly suggest you pay more - even a lot more and go somewhere else, this place is horrible and apparently everyone has forgotten how to type or use a phone.
