This place doesn't provide the attention to detail you’d expect from a place selling luxury cars. They show cars on their website they represent as having in their inventory but you’ll soon learn the car is in another state. Ali told me it will be delivered by X date but he was off by about 10 days. I asked Ali for the price of the car but I was told to wait until they fixed a mirror they broke unloading it from the truck. Turns out The car just happened to go up by $1,000 after I inquired about it. I wasn’t told the price until the day I went to buy it. Ali never did get back with me on the price. He also told me twice the car was being detailed but I twice arrived to see it hadn’t been detailed. So I only seen the car dirty before the date of my purchase. They passed the Mirror expense on to me. its also fun being informed at the time of purchase that they’re tacking on $1,100 in service/detail charges and an extra key! and another $900 for theIr profit, (they acted like they made $0 profit on the sales price). The worst part of the whole experience was the arrogant power hungry manager. He instructed his sales agent, with me with 10 feet of him, “I’m going to pass on this deal”...even though they were charging me $5K above KBB value. It was clear he didn’t think my business was worth his time. I left and would have never returned if not for the sales agents apologizing for him. Just a below average used car dealership. Todd was good, he knew The car but flew through the buying process not proactively explaining the paperwork unless I asked him to.

Ali was amazing! I have spent over 15 years in the automotive industry and I say this will all confidence, this was my best car buying experience ever. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable. Ali has a sweet and kind disposition that really puts you at ease and his personal convictions really stand out. I will shop with Ali again.
