Borderline Review - Update

After I posted my initial review of the dealer, they promptly contacted me and offered to remove the additional coverage. I am quite happy to report that the dealer stands behind their product and makes sure that the customer is happy even after the sale has commenced. As I had mentioned in my previous review, the only blemish on an otherwise smooth process (great selection, great prices, awesome no-pressure sales - Paul) was the additional wheel and tire extended coverage that they made me buy against my wish. However, they have assured me that all the issues would be resolved. Kudos to the dealer for following up!

Borderline review

I want to be fair and objective in providing my feedback about this dealer. Overall, the process was smooth. Their salesman, Paul was extremely courteous, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The process was smooth until the last few minutes of the purchase process. But I do have a huge problem with their finance manager. Right in the beginning of the promise, I had told him that I didn't want to be surprised by some funny numbers showing up in the final contract. He assured me that it was going to be just the purchase price and document fees, etc. I also purchased an extended warranty through them for a hefty amount. Surprisingly, the manager had added an additional $897 charge for some tire and wheel package that I did want. I asked him to remove that but he kept insisting that it was something that the dealership adds to any car that anyone purchases from them. I kept asking why this was not disclosed earlier when we negotiated the price of the car. Regardless, I had already spent many hours at the dealership by that point and was too tired to continue to argue so I caved in and let him had his way. But it sure did leave a bad taste in my mouth. This is no way to treat a repeat customer (this was my second car purchased through them). To be fair, I could have walked out of the deal, so I am not accusing the dealership of any wrongdoing but buyers beware that their final price is not what they will tell you in the beginning. My third car is surely NOT coming from this dealership.

Top Notch Dealership!!

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Lots of smiling faces and friendly people. Aime was great! She asked lots of good questions to make sure she was showing us vehicles that fit our needs and fell within our budget. The owner came and met us as well, to make sure everything went smooth. Post sale communication and followup has be excellent. AWE has redefined the car buying experience for us. We will definitely be back!

N. Clemons/Broken Arrow, OK "The Total Package"

We purchase our vehicles from TX because we find better cars and great deals. Now we can add great overall experience. If you are looking for a great import and a dealership that provides top rate service from management down to the car salesperson then head straight to Auto Web Expo. Ask for Aime Cruz she is amazing! Aime is knowledgable, experienced, and great to work with. We told her that we wanted to still shop around and there was no pressure. She was so confident that we would not find a better car for the money that she told us to compare prices and cars and she would see us soon. She was right. We visited several dealerships that day and none compared to Auto Web Expo.

Great buying experience. Excellent customer service.

AWE provided me with a great car buying experience and made me feel like family. The price was great for the year and model car. I take it to them for maintenance and service and the customer care is excellent. Highly recommend

Stay away!

Terrible experience at this dealership. Focus is not on the customer at all. They charge 2k+ more than others and say "well, you get oil changes for a year..." Sorry, I don't do 2k worth of oil changes a year. Salesmen don't return calls, are dishonest and not focused on the consumer. It's sad.

Friendly, knowledgable with good price A+++

Called ahead and spoke with Aime Cruz that was very knowledgeable about inventory and features of the Mercedes. Spent as much time as I needed to show me all the features of the car. She took the extra step of pairing my phone with the car and calling me from inside the building so I could see how the phone feature worked. There was no uneasy haggling over price. It is what it is and we came to an agreement painlessly. Although the finance manager had a little trouble with his printer I took the opportunity to grab a bite while he fixed it. I was a bit disappointed when I had to wait until he finished with another customer before he could print my contract. I was called promptly when my plates arrived and reminded with a second call after a few days. Aime came right out to greet me and installed my plates. She even asked if I had my own licensed plate cover even though they had their own company cover. She also put the registration sticker on. I didn't work with any other salesman but I do know this is I would highly recommend Aime Cruz if you find yourself at this dealership. She is very professional, friendly and took the time to get to know me. She even let me use her phone charger! Yeah you might say that she was in sales and that is what they all do but if you have shopped as much as I have I appreciate when I'm treated right.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AWE

My car was totaled by a semi two weeks ago-I knew I wanted to jump into a Mercedes but I didn't know what kind -only that due to my long commute I needed it to have low miles. I first reached out to AWE to inquire about a black Mercedes- after speaking with John Brunson we together realized this car wasn't the "one" for me. At NO time did I feel that I was being pressured into buying this car- which clearly wasn't the one for me. As days past John kept up with me to make sure I was okay from the accident and to offer any help- not in the typical annoying salesman way but as if he truly cared. I went to multiple car dealers and felt the typical pressure that you sometimes experience while car hunting. In fact I even thought about one car and sent John the link where we weighted the pros and cons of the Mercedes at the other dealer (he was very honest). FINALLY John called me with great news, HE HAD FOUND "MY" CAR. From this point out John and the rest of the AWE were extremely helpful as I was dealing with a not so helpful insurance company. They talked me thru the process and did not try to sell me additional packages that I didn't need. I STRONGLY suggest using Auto Web Expo in the future and will certainly recommend that they go see John Brunson- the cars are in great condition and you get an incredible and honest experience!

I had a great experience at AWE!

I worked with John at AWE on the recent purchase of my new Mercedes. He went above and beyond to be sure that my needs were met and I was happy with the purchase and my experience. John is definitely not a 'typical' used car salesman and I didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend AWE to anyone looking to purchase a luxury vehicle at a reasonable price!
