Awesome rides with NO HASSLE!
I usually don't review places, but I have never drove off the lot feeling this happy. I have a thing for high-end cars, so I like to buy them a year or less old with very few miles, so I can let someone else take that first depreciation hit. So if you're looking for a luxury car, but not the luxury price tag, make sure to hit this place first. At first I wasn't too sure about this place, because it didn't have many reviews, but when my buddy got a sweet deal on a 2014 BMW, I figured would check it out. I am glad to say I really loved the costumer service at this place. ARTY IS THE MAN! I cannot remember a time when I walked out of a dealership feeling like I got a fair deal, but Arty made sure I was happy. NO HASSLE! He was a straight shooter. The Audi has always been my dream car, and AutoWebExpo made it happen.

Friendly and Helpful Staff
I went to Auto Web Expo to plan for a future car purchase. When I told the sales staff they did not just brush me off, they were still very helpful and seemed to genuinely want to help me without being pushy. Farzad was very thorough in asking me what my needs were and gave me very good information on what I can get for my price range. Comparing the deals to other dealerships in the area, they seem to have an edge in selection and price. When it comes time for me to buy in a few months this is definitely the dealership for me!

Memorable Experience Would Recommend AutoWebExpo
I was in desperate need of a new car, and after long hours of searching online for a good deal and multiple visits to dealerships I was beginning to give up. When I thought I had no hope I stumbled upon AutoWebExpo and my experience was like no other. Once there I met Richard, and he walked me through every step of the way. He managed to get me a great deal on 2006 Acura and I could honestly not have been happier when I left. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great deal/car.

Best Dealership!
I went to Auto Web Expo in search of a car that was listed on cars.com. The Lexus IS that I was looking at was listed at a fair price and Farzad was able to get me the best trade-in value. The experience was hassle-free, easy, and took a lot less time than it has at other dealers. My experience was great and I would definitely recommend going to auto web expo if you are searching for a great-condition used luxury car!

Great Place
Ami was a big help to me when I came to AutoWebExpo. She was patient and helped me get a good deal on a fully loaded 2014 BMW 328i; I'm very happy with the purchase! Highly recommend this place for those looking for a luxury car.

Believe it or not
Richard took fantastic care of me when I stopped in to test drive a 2014 Audi A6 2.0T after work one night. I had just wrecked my Ford Fiesta and was shopping options before committing to replacing with an upgrade. Richard was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride or given any high pressure tactics. I chose to change brands with the Audi, because of Richard I am an AutoWeb Expo client for life. Thank you so much for living up to my expectations of what I should expect from a recognized DFW dealership name!

Very Pleased with Auto Web Expo
I've been looking for the right used car for a while now, particularly a Lexus. After coming to this great dealership the search was over! I was very pleased with the service from the minute I walked in. Farzad was there from the minute I entered to answer any questions I had regarding models and availability. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did not push a sale on me, which was a nice novelty after looking at other dealerships. I ended up getting a 2013 ES 350 and am very pleased with the car. On top of that I got in and out of the dealership relatively quickly. The workers were prompt and on their toes, ready to help and get you out of there in a timely manner. Overall, I am very please with Auto Web Expo and will definitely come back and look here first when I am interested in another car.

I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about my experience at this dealership. I am extremely thrilled to have purchased my Cadillac CTS in classy piano black from this location. I had contacted Dylan (owner) about purchasing this vehicle in advance and he was extremely responsive and helpful in helping me pick this vehicle out. AND, the price was amazing! Customer service here was amazing as well (as any luxury car dealer should be). Love the car, and will definitely be recommending all my friends to purchase their next vehicle at Auto Web Expo.

Dishonest salesmen
I made a purchase on a black 2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe from them yesterday and I've just returned the vehicle today. There are numerous reasons for the return. First, my salesmen (Winston and Ed) intentionally did not disclose me the information that the car was involved in a major accident on May 29th, 2015. They purposely provided me a copy of the carfax report dated May 22, 2015 so it appeared clean. I've asked Winston if the car has been in any accidents and he informed me there has NOT been any accidents reported and that the front panels were replaced because of possible paint/scratches for cosmetic purposes. I liked the car and Winston's customer service at the time and went ahead and proceeded with the purchase. While signing the purchase agreement, Todd, the financial guy asked me to sign a page that said they have informed me about the front panels being replaced, before signing that I confirmed with both Winston and Todd that its only the cosmetic issues with the car and they both confirmed so I made the purchase by paying 6k down and financing 30k with my bank, Chase. I was approved for 1.25% APR for my auto loan with chase but the next day after the purchase, chase called to inform me that due to the major accident that happened on May 29th, 2015 involving replacement of front panels/frames and internal damages to the car, they unfortunately cannot finance the car because the title is damaged. I immediately called Auto Web Expo, first my salesman Winston did not pick up my calls or return my calls. Then I spoke with Ed, who is an sales manager and he informed me that they did inform me about the accident on the car and how I should know every dealership of course sells cars that have been involved in minor and major accidents. I went to return the car that same day and spoke with their manager, Ken Moore and also the financial guy Todd. Todd quickly found the paper I signed that stated I was aware of the front panels damage and that it is a unibody damage. I recall specifically asking Todd what that paper I signed was about and he informed the day I signed that it is the two front panels being replaced and most likely due to cosmetic issues and nothing more. I'm a young Asian female and inexperienced with buying cars so I believed him and signed the paper. After doing some research on unibody damage, I was able to find out that unibody damage on car is typically caused by a major accident, and leaves the frame of the vehicle weaker than it originally was. While unibody damage can be partially repaired, it is a major liability for anyone who owns the vehicle because another accident could result in catastrophe. This was obviously not mentioned to me at all and the salesmen at Auto Web Expo referred unibody damage as simply cosmetic damages on the frames/panels. Do not trust this company. From salesmen to managers, they are not honest people and they do not disclose all the information to the costumers. I will definitely not return to this dealership and will tell everyone I know to not come here. Thanks to my bank, chase auto loan, I was able to make a wise decision and returned the car to the dealership.

Not a good visit
I visited the dealership after being contacted by them regarding a 2011 Jaguar XJ. These guys are not consumer focused at all. After I made the appointment I had to wait and finally someone assisted. After looking at the car I wanted, it was buried deep in the car lot, and it would not start because the battery was dead. So, I decided to come back. Once returning and making the appointment, the guy that assisted me was gone, and they had to find someone else, which took 20 minutes. After test driving the car, they presented me with a financial presentation for the car that was not even close to what the car cost. NO CUSTOMER FOCUS AT ALL! I felt like I got the run around and wasted my time.
