This place is horrible, Ryan (their sales persons) is dishonest. They promise to proper repair my car while it was under a 30 day warranty, instead they kept the car for 30days and did not repair anything. PLEASE DO NO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

My husband was looking for a Lexus ES 350. Our internet search located a very reasonably price, low mile ES 350 at LRC, VA. It turns out we found an even newer model, fully loaded vehicle in their inventory. This was a fantastic buying experience from an independent dealer. I will be checking this inventory for my next vehicle. Great low-mile quality vehicles, fantastic staff, A-1 customer service and unbeatable prices!

This is the place to go if you’re looking for affordable foreign vehicles. The staff was very helpful, especially Ryan. I can honestly say I have never experienced such great customer service!

Now I am not a new car but but I am also not seasoned enough....but I always thought that no one should even buy from an independent dealer. I have bought two cars within the same month and one of them was from lease return center now I can go into detail but you would want to stop reading this at this point so I will just say this the people at the dealership are trustworthy, honest, straight forward, hassle free, no haggling, everything out on the table. It’s took me 2 months that find the car I wanted and 24 hours to make it mine and it was all because of the people at lease return center. Go see Ryan and Javier. I live in Ohio, and was looking for a cinnabar red ML with low miles and well equipped. With the help of the internet and a nationwide search, there were not a lot available in this color. I was surprised when one came available at the Lease Return Center and was only about 350 miles away. I talked with Ryan on the Phone and he said the car was perfect and was priced very well. He offered to arrange shipping, but I was skeptical. He held the car for a little over a week until I could get there to see it. The car was exactly what I was looking for and everything Ryan said about it was true. After seeing it, there was really no need to haggle about the price. I drove it home that day! Thank You Ryan P. Everything worked out as he said it would, I got all the paperwork to get it titled and registered in Ohio before the 30 day temp tag expired. "Excellent buying experience.

Purchased my 3rd BMW from lease return center, the process was painles and unlike other dealers that will pressure you. Ryan was patient and straight forward until next time.

We purchased a 2014 BMW with low mileage. It was incredibly easy as the BMW was priced competitively so there was no negotiations. We were so happy with the experience that we returned the next day and our daughter purchased an Altima. We would definitely come back again!
