Two months ago, I was looking for an SUV. They had two of the same brand, one for $5699 and the other for a few hundred more. I drove 30 miles to the dealer and looked around, with neither vehicle on the lot. So I asked about them and the owner stated that they were somewhere else and that the price listed was the original price and it expired a few days before. The price was now almost 2k more. So I left as I don't like shady business. I forgot about this until I looked on cars.co today and it seems one of those SUV's is still for sale at the expired price. lol. I can't confirm if it is the same truck, but it looked the same and the price was the same. Strange. I ended up buying from another place in town. Anyone that does the bait and switch is not someone I will buy from.

Their garbage running sale when car is not even road ready then price jumps up scamming on the buyers. Most definitely I would check on the quality of their vehicles. Along with KBB because there running some false advertising. Because how are you going to run a special price if the car is in the shop getting worked on and say the price is going to jump up 4k straight scamming must think people are that dumb.

The dealership never contacted me about the 2 cars that I had shown interest in therefore I would never consider doing any type of business with them. Very poor customer service with this dealership.

I submitted an inquiry for a car through cars.com and was contacted by a salesmen from this company. He was aggressive out of the gate, rude and constantly talked over me. When I finally had a chance to speak, and told him I was interested in the car- he said why don’t you bring your husband in so we can talk numbers. I said - I don’t need my husband for that, but thanks for the suggestion. Guess what, I make the money in my household, was an all cash buyer, and I’m a woman—- imagine that! It’s 2023, not 1950! Check the sexism, such ridiculous behavior and I’ll never do business with them .

John was very helpful, professional and provided great customer service! We purchased a Honda pilot at a good price! Other staff was also kind and helpful.

Found an add by Econo Auto Sales on Craigslist. I called and there was no answer. I did not leave a name or anything and no message was left. I figure I'd call back later. Within a couple of hours I get a text addressing me by name and saying they noticed I was interested in their website and to make an appointment. I made an appointment and then I get a text confirming my appointment, and also a email confirming the same. They also said that if I showed up on time I would get a free gift. I showed up early and when they asked me what car I was interested in, they told me it was not available but it was at the refinishing shop and they could not tell me how long it would be there. I drove 20 miles to see the car and on top of that no gift for being on time. Classic bait and switch if I ever saw one.

Went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Coming husbands here soon for next car. They have buy here pay here which helped me out a lot .

I brought a car from these people and I gave it back to them and they sued me because I found out that the car was bad. I will never go back to them again. Don’t shop with this car dealership straight rip off.
