INFINITI of Tacoma

I've been getting my 2014 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid serviced at Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife for several years. Car is starting to get a little long in the tooth (140k miles) and experiencing minor maintenance issues. The service department here has been great. My regular service consultant (Brandon Raymond) is an easy-going straight shooter and the Maintenance Technicians know the in's and out's of my hybrid. I could probably shop around and get cheaper prices on maintenance. But peace of mind and high quality of service is worth the premium.

My 2018 RDX was totalled in an accident that was not my fault which was very upsetting because I only had 55K miles on it. I found the vehicle I purchased through the Costco Program and was matched with Michael Shearman. My experience was very enjoyable. They are so nice and considerate at Infiniti. There is no pressure sales and they are looking to give you the best fit possible. I came there originally to look at the car and then go to another dealership to look at another. They had no problem with that but because of Michael's professional and great attitude I didn't even look at the other vehicle (plus it was $2,000 more) Everyone told me since you like the salesman so much and love the car why would you go anywhere else. So I didn't and I purchased the vehicle with Michael. The Finance guy (Steve?) and the manager were also super helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping at Infiniti you will not be dissapointed.

We found a Q70 online & spoke with Ed Ryle about the vehicle. We agreed to terms & signed E-docs. We flew into Tacoma, test drove the vehicle with my wife. Don Wellner had the final docs ready to sign, we were in & out in less than 1 hour. It was a pleasure to buy a car from Infiniti of Tacoma.
