It was timely and went very well. We have purchased at least six (6) cars from this dealership. We have used different service advisors and the service has be excellent with each advisor.

Came in for a regular service (oil change). Service was just as expected. Shuttle wasn't s quickly available as I would have hoped.

Global is very professional, always comes in on time, and I've only once had an issue not be fixed. Jayson is a great asset to the company.

I did a lot of research beforehand and found a loaded CPO BMW X1 for sale at Global Imports. I walked in without an appointment, and staff were on hand immediately to make me comfortable and show me the car. Travis was extremely helpful in walking me through the vehicle and taking me out on a test drive. The buying experience was also excellent, with no high-pressure sales tactics, and they gave me plenty of time to get necessary documentation before purchasing (I needed an official transcript from my university to receive a rebate on the car). Very classy and professional work from Global Imports. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to schedule for your car service and good customer service

I bought a 2017 from Global imports from out of state. Very easy transaction and delivery. Only con would be gas tank was empty on delivery.

I was searching for a car for my son that was not easily available. Chris Byers was patient and promised us he will get the car for us that we want. True to his word he got the car for us and really went out of his way to make it affordable for us knowing my budget. If someone is searching for a BMW Chris Byers is the guy to go to. If he does not have the car you like rest assured he will find one for you and get it to the dealership.

My tires wore prematurely and Erik provide a prorated discount directly to me instead of having to wait and see if the manufacturer would honor the discount. This made the process very easy and convenient.
