First Service Experience

Bought a 2016 Certified BMW. When I picked it up some of the buttons on the radio were sticking (Nothing major). The Salesperson and I agreed I would drive it for a few weeks to see if that was all before bringing it to the service department. When I took it in the Service advisor said they would fix or replace what was needed. The next day I get a message saying it will be $1500.00 to fix. When I call he says he doesn't know why they are charging me but that is what I will have to pay. I call my salesperson who says they are mistaken and it will be resolved. When I check two days later the service advisor says nothing has changed and I still have to pay. They work for same dealer so why am I getting different answers. Back to the sales rep where I am told the Director over Sales has been notified and it will be resolved. Back to the service advisor who finally agrees a new radio will be will be installed and commits to having my car done by end of week. Told I needed my car but that would work. I called back on Friday and left message. No reply. I text and get "No Arrival yet". When I ask for updated time frame I get " When the parts get here". When I reply it has been almost 2 weeks now I get a reply now all in caps about holidays slowing it down. No apology for missing commitment or let me see what we can do. I then called and asked for service manager. After getting my call dropped??? 3 times I was sent to the voice mail of the service Manager. Left message about noon and never got a call back. Next stop BMW customer service hotline.

"Excellent service from start to finish"

Mitch was awesome! It was a quick and easy process. I knew what I wanted and he was able to deliver. Steve had my paperwork ready to sign and I was out the door. This is the third vehicle purchased at this dealership so I am a loyal customer.

Great dealership, and Tom was fantastic.

We test drove cars of all levels until my heart's content, and finally I found the right car for me.

Great service!

The service received was excellent. Ryan was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The courtesy drivers were amicable, as well as being good drivers.

Great Service!

My experience with Global Imports has been great! I bought an X1 almost three years ago. The buying experience took about half the time as it does at most dealerships. The three times I have had my car serviced have been very easy to schedule, and quickly handled. My recent recall because of a cellular technology retrofit was a pleasant experience. I got a loaner and they worked quickly to have my car ready in two days.

Great Service

I bought a new X1 but the lot didn't have the specs I was looking for so they searched and located the vehicle in Miami two days later the vehicle arrived for delivery. I appreciate Ray Lawson for his outstanding customer service!

New purchase--1st time BMW buyer

Maybe I was expecting more as this was my first time buying a BMW. Not the easiest process, not a real sense of urgency. Finally found a car in FL, but nothing was smooth. Didn't even get a hand shake after the purchase before heading out..
