Value of Extended Warranty

I have been a customer at the location since 1989. I purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot on 5/30/2017 exactly 1 year from its original purchase date of the original owner with 12,000 miles on it. I purchased a 72 month extended warranty which I had not used in the 72 month window. The final month in the life of the extended warranty I had to have a new transmission -10k and a compressor 3k replaced. The extended warranty covered all of this 13,000 but my 100.00 deductible. Deeply appreciate having the warranty offered to me for purchase at xxx and that I had the sense to make that purchase. A special shout out to Amy Pickens my personal Advisor and the Service Manager both who went above and beyond in assisting me with meeting the needs of a grueling schedule — I drive to all my appointments and the need for a car during a peak demand time in Dublin Ohio. Bless all of you and your team to help keep everyone on track in meeting their commitments.

My service girl Eliza was so helpful and saved me money on repairs. She kept me informed as to the work being done, and what service would be needed in a few months.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy process.

Always an easy and no-pressure experience. Our salesperson Moe Rufai is very knowledgeable and has helped us choose two cars now. He has a great attitude and treats us like we’re the only ones in the building. Manager Kirti Vansadia dropped by to check on us while the paperwork was being prepared, and it was nice to chat with him. Dan Grunkemeyer handled the paperwork and made it quick and easy while also explaining in plain terms what was contained in the papers we were signing, and also explaining other financial options that were open to us in case we wanted to go in a different direction. Overall a great experience and we left in a lovely car that’s perfect for our family.

Stevie Balling did a good job.

Stevie Balling did a good job. I have mobility issues and I walk with two canes. It would have been a little better if they would have left my car parked a little closer so I would not have to walk so far to get it when it was done. The lounge was very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for everyone who was there

Great Service at Germaine Honda!

I brought my van in for an oil change and tire rotation and was assisted by Kevin Withers. He was very professional, friendly and helpful and the service was completed within the time frame he told me it would be. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend this dealership!

Germain will be my first stop for my next vehicle.

Visited several Honda dealerships before deciding that Germain was the one I wanted to handle my trade-in and new car purchase. Salesman Frankie Pulsinelli was very straight forward, not pushy but just explained what was available on different models and their costs. After deciding on what to get Frankie kept me updated on arrival of the vehicle and actually got the car to me 10 days ahead of schedule. Bob Tschappat as Financial Manager was also very upfront as to what he could do for financing and thoroughly explained my options and additional warranty packages but again I never felt pressured to purchase any additional packages if it didn't fit my situation.
