Bad communication and no follow through

As an out of state buyer I requested extra info on a car. The initial contact was good with Eleanor who assigns sales agents. After that it was xxxx poor with Carlos. I even followed up myself but a week later no detail info has been provided. This is not how you sell a 60k car!

Great experience with this dealership.

Great experience with this dealership. Teamwork was excellent. My salesman, Hamilton, was the perfect blend of being knowledgeable without being pushy, and was easy to work with and very accommodating and pleasant. You can tell that there’s solid leadership at the top of this group because every encounter I had with the different folks here, from Hamilton to other salesmen to front desk staff and even the cleaning people, you saw the same level of service and intentional emphasis on the customer and focus on their needs. Kudos to the leadership team for creating that kind of culture and environment at this dealership.

Parker was fabulous.

Parker was fabulous. I will absolutely buy my future vehicle from Parker because of house awesome and simple he made the process for me. I was in training so I could sporadically text him and arrange a time to come see and buy the car. Him and Jacob in finance stayed over 2 hours past closing on a Friday night to finish up my purchase. They were so sweet and even when I went back because I had a small issue on my window tint Dan was also fabulous in getting it fixed quickly and smoothly. I cannot rave enough on Parker and how great he is. He even picked me up from the Marta station in the car I was wanting to buy and I did the test drive back to the dealer.
