First of all the building is beautiful & inviting.

First of all the building is beautiful & inviting. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. My salesman, Sead Garanovic, was a gem. He worked out the deal I asked for & followed through on everything. There were a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of & he didn’t stop until it was done. He never forgot me. He stayed on top of it better than I did. Jim Ellis Genesis is lucky to have him. Best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

After getting more and more vocal, including online reviews, we finally got a call from Andrew Frankel, who deals with online channels. He quickly and easily resolved all our issues. I'd recommend finding him if you do have issues. Thank you Andrew.
