that one review that says run from this place is right on. needed a car bad stopped in and they said i could leave with a car that day. so I picked out a car got my check book and when they got my down money said the car i picked out was not in computer so could not sell it to me and would not give me my money back so had to take another car. all problems with it they would not fix door lock don't work. cruise control don't work and radio controls don't work. now they keep calling me wanting more money or they say they are comming for the car.and will not refund any money to me. I will take the loss and let everyone know how dishonest this place is..

There is no call center
They answer the phone and tell you that the truck is there and to say bob senot you from the call center. bob is not his name. Its the owner and manager telling you that so when you get there and there is a problem they blame it own the call center. Bob is Danny the owner and Carlos is the manager. What a joke

horrible service, rude employees
Emailed at least 3 times asking about the mileage on certain trucks. They emailed me back saying I need to call and speak to bob, therefore I called and was hung up on by the rude lady. So I called again and my call was transferred 4 times before I spoke to a man all I got was "sales can I help you," he interrupted me at least three times and then started to get an attitude. IT WOULD REALLY HELP IF YOU PUT THE MILAGE OF YOUR CARS ONLINE. It would probably help buisness since your sales people can't even treat a customer like a human being.

Never seen such a collection of Trashed Cars
Saw some cars online that looked like they would meet my needs.When I arrived, nothing on their lot was worth even a test driving. But I had driven to them so I said I would look closer at a couple of cars. What a joke! Could not even get the first one to turn over much less start. When I opened the door on the next one, I just was so disgusted I left the lot right then! Thank the Good Lord, That I do not have to buy from a place like this!

i e-mailed them twice to say that i was interested in a car that was on line in cars.com web site attention cars.com i purchased my last six cars on your web site shame on them, repeat customers is the only way that you stay in business!!!and i should know i retired after forty two years in business!! if you want me to review cars.com i would give them a gold star!! thank you cars.com JDA

WOW looking for truck
Well I was looking for a truck. You know one of this 8 to 10 years old. About 125000 to 178000 miles. The website had some impressive looking trucks. Then I visited. The 60% of the trucks looked like salvage trucks and maybe a diamond in a rough..don't waste your time..

Great Service
They were really generous and helpful! They helped me find a car that fit into my budget, and even fixed the problems I found with it before I took it home. They even let me take it to my own mechanic and fixed everything serious that he found to be wrong. I can't thank them enough! My kids thank you too!
