Dear 12pak, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I am not sure why you state that you were unable to speak to a salesman. We direct all of our incoming sales calls to a salesman. We are more than happy to provide any information requested on a vehicle over the phone. I am not sure who you spoke to; however, I apologize if you were hung up on. It was most likely an accident at the time that the call was being transferred to a salesman. Again, I am sorry about your bad experience. I assure you that is not how we do business. Didn't read my request. Asked to email mileage
Well, they must not have read what I requested. I requested the mileage of a particular auto, as well as asked that information to be emailed to me. They called instead, MANY TIMES. I can appreciate that this is how they go after business, but as a former salesperson I would respect my client's wishes not to be called. Email me the mileage and I can then decide if I want to pursue further inquiries. Or better yet, have the mileage in the listing.

Dear Jay, At the time of your email, the salesman that normally responds to online sales leads was out of the office. Our secretary was responding to all online sales leads informing customers of this, requesting that they contact our office to speak to a salesman for additional information on the vehicle of interest. Also, the email that you are referring to may have been an automated email reply sent out to every customer before a salesman gets a chance to reply. Very Unprofessional
The receptionist was rediculous rude and hung up on me first call, third call spoke to salesman that didn't give a crap about helping me. I asked about ACTUAL miles on the car and it was not actual at all. Moreover I was supposed to get a return call inquiring about another 3 cars...................NOT! Bottomline,there are too many car dealers out there that are above this low life dealership. I'd rather buy a car from Kurt Russell in the movie Used Cars LOL

NEVER AGAIN
Called and asked if they had the truck that was listed, and was told that they still had it. I am all the way by the west coast and asked them if they could hold it while I was on my way there since it was a four hour drive and they told us they would. Apon our arrival, they told me that they JUST sold it and then tried to sell us 2 different trucks which one was in horrible condition with ripped seats and the other one was WAY out of my price range. When I asked to talk to the manager I was rudely denied. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Dear RileyBH, I am incredibly sorry to hear that you were advised that we had a particular vehicle in stock and then advised that it was sold upon arrival. After speaking to my sales staff it seems that the vehicle was indeed in stock and was sold. I apologize for this as you state that the salesman that you spoke to advised that they would hold the vehicle for you until your arrival. I just want to note that we require a deposit from the customer in order to hold a vehicle. I do not see that a deposit was taken from you in our system. Called in about a vehicle listed online
After calling in about a vehicle and speaking with Bob, who had a bad attitude, I spent some time reading through the other posts to see if my gut feeling about this dealership was correct. Looks like it was. This guy acted like I was putting him out asking him questions about a car. I can never understand how people that are in a sales or service industry don?t get that it?s in their best interest to treat people the right way. I?m a cash buyer that would have driven right over if I was just treated with respect.

Despite being a very busy dealership, our sales staff tries to take the time necessary with each customer over the phone. Asked for information on two different cars
I submitted requests for more information on two different cars that happened to be the same make and model. When the person called me back the next day he seemed like he didn't even know which cars I was interested in. When I told him he started talking about the cars (same make and model) that I wasn't interested in. When I asked routine questions like "What is the mileage?" or "Is it an automatic or a manual?" he had said to "Hang on a second, let me pull it up." When he did pull "it" up he was talking about cars I had no interest in. Overall waste of my time and his.

Dear Gmoney, I apologize that you were advised that a vehicle was in stock and told that it could not be found upon your arrival. Many of our vehicles are taken off the property to various vendors for detailing, painting, body work, etc., and that could have been the case with this particular vehicle.
