I live 3 hours away from this dealership and this has been one of the most pleasant experiences in buying car. I was able to complete 90% of paperwork and made the deal over the phone/email process even before I came to the dealership. John is very efficient in the way he does his job and there is no confusion about the process. I even brought in a trade in vehicle and John made the whole process seamless. He made sure that my new vehicle was 100% ready to go for the long drive back home. John, me and my family love our new X5 and will definitely look your dealership up again once we are ready to purchase another vehicle. I have to start by saying that these guys are true professionals and purchasing a car from them will be a great experience. I actually purchased my 2006 Acura TSX back Sept. 2015 and have yet to have a problem with my car. They made the process of buying a car very simple and smooth, I gave my down payment signed a few papers and in 4 days (it was the weekend) I got my car. I never really had a chance to Thank John for his help and his team for making the process an easy one. I'm writing this review now because I have plans on buying another car soon and I will going back to John!!

I called Xtreme Auto when i saw they had a 05 wrx wagon on the lot which happened to be the exact car i had been looking for. Filled out their credit app, faxed over some paperwork and a couple days later made the trip down to Spencerport. I travelled over 50 miles to get the car, and John had everything ready for me when i got there. Was literally in and out in under 20 mins with my subie. Awesome service. Great selection of cars which all seemed to be in real nice condition. Not a 'shady used car dealership' at all. Will be referring friends. Thanks John.

Bought a M3 from here about a year ago. Was really happy with my experience. The owner waited for me to come in from out of town, was really helpful and the car was as described! Useful when coming out of town!

Awesome experience, no hassle, no fuss worked at our speed and very uderstanding when we needed Extra time for finances. Followed up to see how we liked the car. I will definitely be back and spread the word about the dealer.

I made an appointment and was very clear that I wanted to test drive a specific car. John said it was okay and I made an appointment for the next day. However, when I took the 20-30 minute drive out there, I was told I couldn't test drive without being pre-approved. Which would be a process that took a hard inquiry into my credit. I wish that I was told this beforehand. I could only sit in the car, which didn't give me a good feel of the quality at all.

I searched everywhere for a 2004 WRX. I happened to find one at Xtreme Auto. I had no credit, no co-signer, and a need for a car. I went to Xtreme Auto and was greeted by John. I test drove the car, and it was absolutely perfect. I had gone to many used car dealerships and ran into many sketchy car salesmen. John is the most genuine salesman I have ever met. Service there was excellent. He worked with the banks and was able to get me approved. I couldn't be happier with my car, and the process of buying the car couldn't have gone smoother. I would most definitely recommend Xtreme Auto to my friends and family, and I already have done so.

John and Joe took me through the car buying experience from beginning to end. It was great that these guys understood that car shopping and buying can be frustrating and cumbersome. However, they sold me an excellent Trailblazer, at a great price, and kept their promise when something very minor needed repair. They even went above and beyond to take care of an item that they did not have to take care of. Above and beyond is a great way to describe Xtreme Auto Sales.
