this was my first time buying a car, and it couldn't have went any better! John (the owner) was mad cool. The best part about it. Is that he would keep me updated on everything either over text or call. No time was wasted. I looked at the car on a tuesday ( noticed a few things that I wanted changed) he had them fixed Wednesday. And I bought the car on Thursday. Very good guy. Already told 4 of my friends that are looking for a car. To keep and eye on this place

A++ Experience
I went to Xtreme Auto on a recommendation from a friend. I was a bit apprehensive because of the stereotypes associated with buying used from a smaller dealer like this. I was wrong. I would consider the experience working with a small dealer a positive learning experience. The experience was not pushy, It was a full consultation where listening to my needs was central to the process. I presented my requirements to the owner (John) and the car selection and subsequent purchase was a collaboration. He was super helpful in recommending vehicles based on the expectations I articulated. I was happy when he found something that matched what I was looking for, and the experience was completed with a seamless purchasing and licensing process that just required a few signatures and we were out the door. This is not a "Used Car Dealership" it is a Boutique Dealership where you get the attention without the pressure.

Good Guys with Good Cars
I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche from Xtreme. It was a pleasure doing business with them. When I told John I was looking for a truck (in a certain price range) he gave me several options. He urged me to look at an Avalanche he recently acquired and I'm glad he did. It's a great truck, clean, and runs well. He even threw in a sub-woofer, hiding under the seat. Well worth the trip to Spencerport.

Absolutely all around best experience ive had!
Had been looking around for a while and everything seemed to have hidden problems or the place would be hesitant to fix the problem. The owner here is amazing, came in on a Saturday when he was busy gave me the keys to the car I was interested in said let me know what you think I came back car clean ran amazing I noticed head lights had a little clouding said no problem if I cant clean them ill replace them. Anything at all ill fix. I stand behind my cars. The car is very clean no rot and truely is a southern car just as advertised. I would buy from him again hands down! All around amazing place! Thank you!! I love my new mazda!

Great place
I first found this dealership online back towards the end of winter, i tried to get a car through them but didn't have the best of credit then. They never acted like i was wasting their time and they tried to help. I got my credit situation a bit better and bought a 03 Subaru Impreza wrx wagon there in June, i only talked to the owner John. I first went there to go look at a 02 wrx wagon but i didn't really want that one, John then showed me one he just got in and it wasn't on the lot yet and it was perfect so i got it. The buying process was easy and they have good warranties if you want to pay for them. Haven't had any problems with the car so far and it doesn't seem like there's going to be, unless if its self inflected haha. The car was super clean too, my mechanic couldn't believe it. Whenever im in the market for my next car i know where ill be going. Also i might add ive gone through the bad reviews on here and other sites for this place and the people that wrote them seem like idiots so dont let them change your decision for going up there. If you ever have any questions talk to John hes a good guy and is always willing to talk.

2005 Acura TL is my new best friend
I purchased a 2005 Acura TL from Xtreme Auto Sales in May of 2013. I originally came in looking for a BMW after talking to John for a little while about cars. I purchased my Acura TL. John was very professional and was able to find me the lowest interest rate possible on my car loan. As with every car I started off with a few issues nothing uncommon for a Acura TL. John repaired the vehicle at no cost to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone under the sun. Thanks for such an amazing first car buying experience!

Pictures can be deceiving
I saw a what appeared to be nice BMW on cars.com through them, upon driving about 1-1/2 hours to see it, there were many scratches on the vehicle that would not be able to be buffed out, also the trunk lid had a large dent in it looking like someone backed into it. They were very friendly on the phone and in person, and offered to reduce the price by about $500 for the repairs, but I still felt the vehicle would have cost much more to repair...they did have a nice selection of other cars...but I would call before driving there and ask to have the vehicle looked over by your salesperson to verify the vehicles true condition before driving any distance.

I?m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the scratches that were on the vehicle you were looking at. I thought that I had provided you with a clear enough description of the paint blemishes prior to you coming out here to check it out. Take into consideration that it is a 8 yr old car with over 80,000 miles on it. We haven?t yet repaired the scratches because to some buyers they would prefer to pay a little less for the car and live with the scratches that are on there. We would have gladly taken care of it for you had you let us know. Again, thank you for coming out and we are so glad that you had a pleasant experience with our staff and so sorry that this BMW wasn?t the one for you?
Very Happy
I recently bought an 04 Subaru Forester and I love it! It had one issue that cropped up within the first week I owned it. I got in touch with Joe, they got it in the shop the next day and within 24 hours after it hit the shop I had it back. I don't have the best credit but they were able to get me a good deal at less than 1/2 the interest rate of my last car loan and delivery of the vehicle was on my schedule, not theirs. The Forester is rust free and was very clean inside and out. A 10 year old car doesn't give you perfection but this one is close. I just loved that this was the way buying a car is supposed to be. You go in, fill out paperwork, and get your car. I'll certainly be sending others and coming back my self in a few years!

Bad Test Driving Experience
Went in to test drive a BMW X3 That was listed, John was amazing and friendly. Let me check out the vehicle and test drive it. Unfortunately the check engine light came on and the engine started smoking. John was nice enough to let me know what he thought those issues could be but all in all after seeing that check engine light come on and smoke I was done looking at that vehicle. I'm only writing this for some constructive criticism. If you get a vehicle in like that, just make sure everything is working and functioning properly before the sticker goes on it. I'm pretty sure its a great dealership but he might've slipped up on that one. I was definitely disappointed with how that turned out because I was ready to buy for sure had that BMW ran well. Oh well

JT as I explaIned to you when you were here the BMW had just come in and it was not ready for sale yet..we had repaired a oil leak and that is why you had some smoke from under the hood..i am very sorry to disappoint you and hopefully you will give us another shot in the future thanks John
Could not be happier!!!!!
Just purchased my new used vehicle from them and couldn't be happier. Such great customer service. Any questions I had they were able to answer them and help me out instantly . There was two minor things wrong with the car I looked at and fixed it right away when I picked it up when i purchased it . I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great reliable used car. I will defiantly come back when I need a new used car in the future.
