I HAVENT LEFT THIS DEALER THAN 30 MINUTED AGO, & JOE IS ALREADY GIVING ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO HOLD OFF ON RUNNING MY CREDIT. HE WAS VERY UPSET THAT I REQUESTED THIS. HE WOULDN'T EVEN TELL ME MY CREDIT SCORE. HIS RESPONCE WAS "CALL WHEN YOU DONE PLAYING GAMES, WERE ABOUT BUSINESS". HE WAS VERYYY NASTY ! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !

I am sorry for the misunderstanding..when you left here you wanted to buy the car..you filled out a credit application and told us to try and get you a loan..by the time you called back a hour later we had already worked on your loan..im sorry but because of privacy concerns we don't tell a credit score over the phone..

Wonderful Experience
I wanted a Prius. My good friend highly recommended John's place so I did not worry too much. But their services surpassed my expectations. It took 3 weeks for him to locate my car. But every week, he reported to me he could not find any Prius with decent miles or too expensive. I really appreciated that he cared so much about the condition of the car. Once the car arrived, they did a wonderful detailing job so the car really looked like brand new in and out. Also they found me a great rate for car loan, better than my bank, and all the paperworks for loans and registration was done before I walked in. What a great service! He and his wife made my car purchase so easy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. Thank you John!

We were very satisfied in the service and our purchase. My middle son bought a Chevy Cobalt SS. He loves his car and takes good care of it. John was able to find us financing with a decent monthly payment. My youngest son now is keeping on eye on the inventory and will probably purchase from Xtreme as well. It is refreshing to know you can purchase cars in western NY knowing that it wont have the western NY body rot!

bought a nice car
we bought a 2005 acura here a few months ago..the car was from the south so it had no rust on it. We took it to our mechanic for our first oil change and they could not believe how clean the car is for a 2005 ...we did have a minor issue with a check engine light which John the owner took care of at no cost to us even tho we were out of the warranty period..overall it was a great expierence and we will be back again for our next car

Extremely Satisfied
I told John I would write him an awesome review so here it is. I just bought a 2002 mitsubishi eclipse from him this morning and couldn't be happier. He got me approved even though my credit is horrible. Very friendly and personable guy who is very honest and straight-forward. He'll work with you to find the best car suited for you based on your personal situation. The drivers side window apparently wasn't working to his standards so he offered to have it fixed free of cost. If you want a good deal on a nice car go to Xtreme Auto Sales! Will definitely be back again for my new car.

Very Happy With My Purchase
I was looking for a toy to use around my property. A friend had bought a Lexus from Xtreme and was very happy and referred me to this place. Very nice cars I might ad. High end and sports cars all from Pennsylvania area. They specialize in buying cars from salt free states. Anyway, found a lifted 97 Wrangler that I fell in love with. It's been 4 months and the ride is ridiculous. Love it on the road and on my land. A big thumbs up! I will be back.

Overall excellent experience.
I purchased an Acura from here a few weeks ago and i couldn't be more pleased. John was real friendly and took great care of me. I had a discrepancy with the brakes on the vehicle and John was more than happy to take care of the problem before i took the car home. The car itself was/is in almost mint condition. I highly recommend this dealer!

Poor Vehicle (at time of test drive)
I normally do not write reviews but really was not happy with this dealer. My wife and I went on a Saturday morning to test drive a 2004 Mazda M6. I expected some wear and tear as the car had 103,000 miles. When we got there a gentlemen was already outside helping someone so we waited and found the Mazda on the Lot and gave it a look over. First thing we notices is the front bumper does not line up correct and you can tell someone did some painting. I am not an expert auto person but it looked like it's been in a accident to me. So the Guy (very nice) comes over and asks if we want to test drive it so we say yes. He says it's been sitting for a while so there might be some grinding from the breaks at first (no problem) We start driving and when we slowed down to turn once we got under 30 there was a terrible noise and wobble from the front drivers side. We were both like what he heck is that? is this car going to make it back or is the tire going to fall off. So we went back. We wanted to talk to the guy(only guy there) about it but again he was with the other customer. We waited about 15 minutes and dropped off the keys and dealer plate. He asked, what did you think I said well it seems like it has some problems it's making a really weird and loud sound when I got under 30 and it looks like on the front end it was in an accident. I expected some kind of conversation like him promising to fix this or show a car fax but nothing he took the keys and say while thanks for coming out. I was kind of shocked like humm didn't think the process was over. I mean I understand there no hassle but when someone test drives a car and lets you know how it went you should try to explain. I mean I did drive 25 miles to test drive the car I was interested in it but not with customer service like that. I can only imagine if it broke down the problems I would have.

hI..I'm John the owner and I am very sorry you had a bad experIence..I have been In business for 10 years and take great pride in trying to satisfy every customer..we are a family business and my uncle helps me out here on Saturdays..very sorry if you had to wait Saturdays are usually pretty busy.we are not a high pressure dealership so if you don't like the car we will not talk you into buying it..i just test drove the car myself after reading your review and it drives great so i am not sure about the noise you heard but i will have our mechanic check it to be sure..the front bumper does have a scuff on the passenger side..that is how we bought it..the carfax is clean but it definatley brushed up against something at some point in time..please keep in mind the car is 9 years old with over 100k...again I am very sorry that the vehicle did not meet your expectations
I haven't even bought a car and I love this place
I have had my eye on the Red Release Edition of the Scion TC hoping that it would still be there by the time I am ready to purchase the car. Fortunately, it's still there and hopefully will be purchasing it soon. I have had terrible experiences with cars overheating on me or some mechanical problem, but after seeing all these reviews on here makes me feel much more confident in this dealership. Hopefully I can write another review about how I actually bought the car. Keep a heads up for another post!
