Kevin was great to work with and helped me buy my first vehicle without having to be there as I was traveling out of state at the time. He portrayed the vehicle just as it was and even did a walk around FaceTime with me. Definitely would work with him again at Vern Eide Acura!!!

I work in the automotive industry and I know what good customer service is. Not only did I purchase my RDX here but all my service is done here and will only be done here. The service advisors are incredible - my go to is Preston but Tim doesn’t skip a beat if Preston is not available. Just recently I had my 10k service- I normally wash my vehicle myself and am pretty over the top but Preston went above and beyond. The outside was spotless and the inside (my apologies for our monster of a dog mess) was beautiful as well. The customer service here is top notch. I don’t care what kind of vehicle you have. These guys will take the best care of you. Thank you so much Preston!
