Excellent Service

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any dealership. Todd S. was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and kind. Levi, the shuttle driver is such a wonderful person. He made me feel very comfortable during my ride to and from the dealership.

Our sales person is Olivia and she was awesome

We’re older and do not understand all the new technology. Our sales lady Olivia was wonderful. Excellent guidance from her and the whole staff. Was a pleasant experience. Thank you

Oil change

Service staff remembered my name, were friendly and service was very fast. Waiting area was clean and has coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Also a snack vending machine.

Great experience

Once again, I had a great experience buying a car from Jim Riehl. I have purchased multiple cars over the last 25 years from this sales team in dealership. It’s been a great experience and every time that I learn more and more about the dealership and the automobile Olivia Grillo was my sales person she could not have made it any more easier for my family.

Very quick, very professional, very thorough. Technician reviewed everything with me, both after initial check and at completion. I take both of my vehicles here for service.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the speed with which the service was done. I left the dealership that I used to purchase my vehicles from because I didn't trust them. I didn't care for the way I was treated and found discrepancies in their service. Since I walked in the door here to buy my Jeep, I have been treated well and have been pleased by all the service work I've had here. I have been suggesting Friendly to anyone who tells me they are looking to purchase or service a Chrysler vehicle.
