Fast, Friendly and Easy

I came in at the end of my lease. We reviewed a couple car,s and came up with a good price. Although I didn't get the color car I wanted, with the 2 options I picked, I love the car and am very happy with the experience I had. It was very fast, friendly and a lower lease payment, 2 thumbs up.

Great!

I never look forward to buying/leasing a new vehicle, but Terry Crandall makes the whole process pretty easy. He's a great guy and a great salesperson. I hope to see him again next time.

Excellent Customer Service

Van issues. Parkway's service manager was rude and not helpful. Dropped van off and Tim helped us out every step of the way. Very happy with the service. We will return even though it's a farther drive. John

Tried to accept an offer 3 times. dissapointing

Started off as a great test drive and turned very disappointing after I left the dealership. I went in to the dealership to check out a used car. Upon walking in I was treated with respect and had good discussions with he salesperson and manager. I was given a very good offer but told the sales team I would like to go home to run some numbers and get back to him shortly with my decision. Attempt 1 - I sent him an email a couple hours later with the intent to purchase the car. I did not receive a response. Attempt 2 - I called the sales person a couple days later to follow up and he was incredibly unprofessional on the phone (he answered the phone by yelling "What!") and said he lost the email but would text me back once he had a chance to see if the car was still available. He never followed up with me. Attempt 3 - A few days later I called the sales manager directly to let him know that I was still interested and would appreciate a call back. Walked in with the intentions of buying a car but after the poor treatment I received I took my business to a dealership that treats its customers with respect shows some level of attentiveness.

Gerard Jankowski is an awesome technician!

Quick and cost friendly repairs. Gerard was constantly in touch regarding the diagnosis and repair costs.

2019 Jeep Cherokee

Keith did an amazing job getting us set up with the car that was meant for us. He was very helpful and got us into a great car with ease and stress free.

GREAT SERVICE, SALESMAN, WORKING GOOD PRICING DEALS WITH THE CUSTOMER AND GREAT SERVICE CENTER AND EVERBODY IS VERY FRENDILY! ALL SO EXTRA DEAL TO SAVE CUSTOMER MONEY! ROAD HAZARD, CREDIT CARD DISCOUNTS ETC.
