Jeep Radio, Transfer case, and Wind Noise

Very helpful Sservice and seemed very caring. Its not the dealers fault that it took so long to get parts. Still working with Jeep Wave on wind noise.

Power train Warranty Engine Replacement

My 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 was purchased with lifetime powertrain warranty. Had all the 5 year inspections done at Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep. At 110000 miles noticed a loud tick sound from engine. Took it to Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep, they inspected it and said the engine needed to be relpaced. They said it would take a couple of months for Mopar to supply the part (Long block). I was offered a loaner vehicle during the wait. That was pretty great also. I could not be happier! The engine was replace under warranty at no cost what so ever to me. My truck runs like it did the day I drove it off the lot. A FCA case worker kept me up to date on the progress. Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep also kept me up to date on the progress. I would recommend Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Jeep to anyone!

I was very pleased with the outcome of diagnosing the problem with my back-up camera and the outcome with my warranty company.

Oil change

The service advisor, Neal Martindale, was very courteous and friendly. He showed me where to wait and told me to help myself to coffee or popcorn. He returned to explain the results of the multi-point inspection and to tell me when my car was ready. He also escorted me to the cashier and explained where I could find my car. I feel he is a real asset to the Jim Riehl dealership.

Good looking out

I love when I go to my dealership because I know they will take care of me. I went in for a oil change and they realize it is something else that I needed. I would not have known about my other items that I needed done.
