Great leasing experience

I always enjoy working with Mike P to get a new car. He makes the process easy and quick. Paperwork was ready, we made it through finance quickly and I was in my new car super fast. Everyone at this dealership is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.

I had a great experience getting my first ever lease on a Jeep Compass. Keith was a pleasure to work with and made leasing experience easy. He gave a great orientation to my new car.

Great service!

The service Tech. / advisor, Dan, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I got in and out on a timely basis. Everything was great. No negatives.

Best Car Buying Experience yet!

I found a car on-line through Car Fax at Jim Reihl's and sent a message to inquire. Was hooked up with Mike and came out for a test drive. Car was not as expected but they has another one on the lot... which I fell in love with! Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the options on the car, engine, etc. The price was better than I was seeing on-line and in less then 3 hours I had a new vehicle. The finance mgr was awesome too! Explained everything in detail so I could understand and no pressure on buying extended warranty etc. I did decide to take the extended warranty after he explained the benefits for the cost! Mike went the extra mile - while I was signed my paperwork he went out and transferred all my belongings from my old to my new vehicle - I just thought that was so thoughtful!

Service rep kept me informed of the service being performed on my vehicle and what I would be needing in the near future, never feeling pressured, which for me is a wonderful feeling.

Exceptional service at Jim Riehl Jeep

I was buying an employee lease which has to be executed through a Chrysler dealership. This is a low money maker for the dealership. What impressed me is that my salesman, Mike, treated my Compass purchase as if I was a regular paying customer. Mike had answered all my questions and walked me through the process. He spent a lot of time making sure that my purchase went through without a hitch.

Oil change and routine maintenance

Dan was very friendly and came out to let me know what other services my car needed besides an oil change. He showed me the cabin filter that needed changing and he rotated the tires.

Great , Quick in and out of service area.

I had to have my lease looked at and I was greeted immediately and found the whole staff nice. I was in and out with a rental car in 10 minutes.
