The dealership was a wonderful experience. All personnel were very professional and were well versed on their work requirements. We purchased a used car from them through Monica Ventura and were very pleased with how knowledgeable and pleasant she was to work with. Gary Doyle in finance, was also well versed on all the required documents required to complete the deal. I've been a customer since 2020. The service department is exceptional. I've never had any complaints. I get the same service rep Eugene everytime. He is always pleasant and helpful. March 2025 I leased a new vehicle. I knew which model I wanted and they told me was what available and I made my choice. All the details were taken care of rather quickly. My compliments to Janelly, Eduardo and Robert Coleman. All of them are 5stars. The chef in the cafe too. I'm from NY where I received great service. However, MB of So Orlando is exceptional.

Bought an expensive Sprinter van and have a list of items that needs attention. After communication with 3 people that represent the dealership, nobody has taken any meaningful steps to fix the issues
