I recently took my car to Viktor for service, and I must say, he is exceptional! This is my fifth Mercedes, and he’s the only person I trust to work on my vehicle. Viktor consistently gets me in and out in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and honest service advisor. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the

I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of communication. I’m sad and extremely disappointed how my car been in the shop for almost four months. They keep giving me excuses over excuses on the update of my car. I’m sorry for something small should not take four months to fix. The service advisor Andrew was nice but he didn’t bother offering any discounts for my car sitting there. They lie to me about the date of when my car would be delivered. When I try to get ahold of them they keep making excuses. I’m not happy on how my car came back. They didnt bother washing it. They broke few things inside my car. I emailed the manager of course they didn’t respond to me. This dealership doesn’t care and have the worse customer service. I won’t be back and I would pursue legal action.

Mercedes-Benz South Orlando's Sales Consultant, Mara, was genuinely remarkable! Her enthusiasm, customer service, and personality were refreshing. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. I had a specific vehicle in mind when I entered the dealership. She successfully located and provided all of the vehicle's details. Reda was an exceptional and polite Financial Advisor. He worked diligently to ensure that I received the necessary cost for the purchase, and the process was expedited. Unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships, I did not spend extended periods of time at the dealership. The overall experience was exceptional. I strongly endorse this dealer. Purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage Prestige SX with less then 4800 miles 🙏🏾🥰

I had a woderful experience with my new lease of a 2025 GLC 300 from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando, thanks to Robert Coleman who made the experience a real pleasure!! He was very warm, friendly and listened well to what I was looking for and needed in my new lease and he delivered! He was very attentive and solicitous to my concerns and requests and really went out of his way to take care of what I needed done. The MBSO Dealership is like no other. It is the ONLY DEALERSHIP I will consider giving my business too. Everyone knows how to treat the customer right and are all professionals in whatever they do. The perks they offer are also very impressive. Where can you go to have a Chef cooked Breakfast and/or Lunch while waiting for your car to be serviced? Their Service Dept. is TOPS as well. I love Eric Willams, my Service Advisor! All in all, MBSO is a very well run Dealership from top to bottom and is a Customer Focused Dearelership bar none!
