phenomenal experience!!

It's funny, I'm reading these questions about dealer, dealer, dealer... This maybe sounds rehearsed, quite possibly a little cheesy, but I lucked out and feel like I purchased from a group of friends! Randy Mock has been extremely fun to be around and made buying a car seem unbelievably easy. I told him what I wanted, what color, and he even made sure to go the extra mile by making sure to have everything ready when I came to purchase. Tom Murry (on his off day) and Jamin Workmaster the sales managers, sealed the deal with professionalism and laid back banter. I never once felt I was being sold anything. These guys are good at what they do. From the immediate follow up I received, to the phone call I received the next day asking me if I noticed how many heads turned, I will never buy a car anywhere else. For that matter, if you buy a Cadillac anywhere in the Southeast after going to them, let us all know... They must be giving away free rides. Thanks Team Classic!

Truly A Customer Service Classic

I was greeted with professionalism and appreciation as usual with my service rep,"Big Chad." Obviously there's a small one :-) Chad is always informative, patient, and kind. He, along with an overall Cadillac family welcoming environment, excellent service, and until drive away attention, is the reason I make the almost 30 mile trip specifically and exclusively to Classic Cadillac.

SRX Cadillac Car Issues

I have a Cadillac SRX 2014. The breaks constantly squeak and the dealership states nothing is wrong with them however the squeak is there and very embarrassing when I drive clients. The check engine light has already started coming on - this is a new car with only 20,000 miles - does not make sense. The car violently rolls when parking and I have to constantly use the park break. Overall I feel like I purchased a defective vehicle and I'm extremely disappointed. I feel the manufacturer should fix these issues and replace the breaks. I would be very cautious about purchasing this vehicle.

Classic Cadillac rocks!

I purchase a 2015 ATS. This is my third Cadillac from Classic and I wouldn't trade with anyone else. I always feel valued as a customer and as an individual. Their level of expertise, knowledge and customer service is unlike any I have experienced. Classic Cadillac is like family and it feels like home to me. Tom Murry and Pete Petree went above and beyond in helping me to find the perfect car for me with all the features I need in a luxury automobile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Thanks again for a great experience.

My Fifth Classic Cadillac and Subaru

I can't say enough about Classic Cadillac and my new 2015 ATS Coupe. My salesman Mr. Randy Mock is the most customer focused, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable automobile salesman I have ever worked with. This is my 5th car from Classic and with Randy and he exceeds my expectations every time. That's why I keep coming back plain and simple. The entire staff at Classic, from Wayne, Tom, Brian and Chad my service consultant are like family. They know me and always make sure they ask if there is Anything else they can do to make my visit any better. My next Cadillac and or Subaru will be a Classic, even if I have to drive back from Charleston, S.C. to work with them. Thanks again Randy and all the crew at Classic Cadillac! See you soon. Exceelent Sales Team

I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac CTS after inquiring online and received a rapid response regarding my questions. I made an appt to view the vehicle and althought Pete was not available the appt day his teamate Austin took care of me. It was smooth and efficient. I then arrived the following day and Pete had all docs prepared and for the vehicle delivery, including the business office, was great. once again, Classic doesnt fail to impress

one again the service and the people at this dealership do not cease to impress. Had a major mechanical failure and both Chad Cutler and Tom ( mechanic, sorry didn't get last name) went above and beyond to make sure I understood not only what had happened but the process to repair it. Will not take my car anywhere else ...period! It this experience at this dealership that will ensure I stay in a Cadillac product for quite some time.

My second Cadillac from Classis Cadillac

I purchased a 2015 SRX on December 19, 2014. The salesman Mr. Ian O Shea was terrific, answered all of my questions. I felt he had my best interests in mind. He walked me through the process and carefully went over the new features in my new car. He offered continual help should I have questions in the future. This is the second Cadillac I have bought from him, hopefully, it won't be the last!!

The best car dealer to work with

I have purchased 3 new cars in the past 17 years and this dealership is the best so far. The sales person Tony Marvin did an excellent job throughout the process- ordering, picking up etc. What really has taken it to the top, is that Tony made his time available even after two months of purchase to answer questions and guide us through familiarizing with these new technologies and gadgets. He is so knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. My past experiences with other dealers is once you purchase and sign, they do not know you anymore but this is definitely not the case with Classic Cadillac. Tony Marvin is a great asset to this dealership. I see high potentials in him and Classic Cadillac is fortunate to have a young man like Tony who is so ambitious. Mary T., Conyers GA
