once again, Classic doesnt fail to impress

one again the service and the people at this dealership do not cease to impress. Had a major mechanical failure and both Chad Cutler and Tom ( mechanic, sorry didn't get last name) went above and beyond to make sure I understood not only what had happened but the process to repair it. Will not take my car anywhere else ...period! It this experience at this dealership that will ensure I stay in a Cadillac product for quite some time.

friendly team

I just bought two cars in the last 14 months. It has been an excellent experience with Tony and his boss Tom in sales, Chad in service, and Brian Long always there, what a friendly team.

My second Cadillac from Classis Cadillac

I purchased a 2015 SRX on December 19, 2014. The salesman Mr. Ian O Shea was terrific, answered all of my questions. I felt he had my best interests in mind. He walked me through the process and carefully went over the new features in my new car. He offered continual help should I have questions in the future. This is the second Cadillac I have bought from him, hopefully, it won't be the last!!

The best car dealer to work with

I have purchased 3 new cars in the past 17 years and this dealership is the best so far. The sales person Tony Marvin did an excellent job throughout the process- ordering, picking up etc. What really has taken it to the top, is that Tony made his time available even after two months of purchase to answer questions and guide us through familiarizing with these new technologies and gadgets. He is so knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. My past experiences with other dealers is once you purchase and sign, they do not know you anymore but this is definitely not the case with Classic Cadillac. Tony Marvin is a great asset to this dealership. I see high potentials in him and Classic Cadillac is fortunate to have a young man like Tony who is so ambitious. Mary T., Conyers GA

5th Cadillac!!!!!

Adam in service took great care of my car and me. Thanks Adam. Kudos to Tom Murray for ALWAYS putting customers first and As always John Folds took care of business!!! Mr. JOHN FOLDS, TOM MURRAY, BRIAN LONG and GARTH COOPER are the reason we bought 5th CADILLAC. Would not shop anywhere ELSE.

Great Experience!

Working with Bill Khatib was so easy and comfortable. He listened to us and found a great family car to fit our needs. Purchasing a car can be stressful and he made it a very easy, no pressure experience. I never felt like he was trying to put me in a car that wasn't right for me. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Ask for Bill!

Tony Marvin and Classic Cadillac are the best

I love this dealership whenever I come in I am greeted and treated with the upmost respect and Tony Marvin he is the greatest . If I had any problem he was always there to resolve any issue I drive all the way from Lithonia just because they very professional at all times. I recently brought SRX in April of this year and I love the car and the service . Thanks Toney

Customer service

I have bought several cars from Classic Cadillac. David Goch was the salesman. Very knowledgeable with all the cars. He had me in an out with my new car in no time at all. The service department was excellent. They treat me like a real friend. Would not go anywhere else to buy a Cadillac. All the people working there are very professional and customer service oriented.

What a satisfying car buying experience!!

Classic Cadillac Atlanta is a premier dealership with awesome people! In my search for a viable pre-owned vehicle, Tony Marvin, my sales guy, was attentive to my personal needs and requirements, and did not pressure me into lokiking at anything that was not within the framework of my request. He made great suggestions and got me into a wonderful pre-owned CTS, which we love! In addition, Jamin Workmaster followed up to insure that I was completely satisfied with my purchaser.
