Melinda found what I was looking for. She was very efficient and helpful. When I went to pick up the truck, it was slightly different than the picture on the web showed. It just wasn't a good picture. She jumped all over the problem and did everything she could; I couldn't have asked for more. I'm very pleased with the job she did.

I have been without a car for several years now and was just beginning on my search for a vehicle. I knew I wanted only a car that I could use for the doctor's visits, hair appointments and to go to the grocery store. In other words a higher millage car for a low price. I have looked at several cars, at lots and on the internet. I was about to give up and just wait until after the first of the year when I came upon the online ad showing the Honda CRV at your dealership. I called and spoke to Madison, who very pleasantly gave me directions. I drove to the lot that night and was guided to Greg McLaughlin. We test drove the car and I knew that it was the car I wanted. Greg worked with me very curtiously and professionally and really went out of his way--even on his day off--to help me secure this car. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to work with and has helped over and above what was expected. I am very pleased with the service I was offered.

Since this was a car that I was going to keep for many years (I had my last car for over 10 years), I did thorough research on what vehicle I wanted to purchase.
