I wanted to take a moment to write about my Total Satisfaction with Christy Durrence, and the NeSmith Chevrolet team. Christy was great. she was incredibly knowledgeable, and patient with me. She treated me like family. We test drove several trucks, and compared many different features before we arrived at the perfect truck for me. Then, with no hassle at all, she asked me what I wanted as a car payment, and came back to me with options on how I could make that payment work. She really took all the guess work out of buying a new truck, and made it fun. I would absolutely buy another car from Christy and my new friends at NeSmith Chevrolet.

From my first telephone call to the dealership, to the time I drove my newly purchased car from the lot, I felt like a valued customer. Christy was very pleasant and answered all of my questions about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Martin Nesmith was there the day I showed up to test drive and buy my car - very friendly. Even when I met with Wes in their finance department, he walked me through the process with ease. I drove away in a shiny, well detailed vehicle. My husband came with me and walked around the lot just browsing at their selection - he was impressed that everyone who greeted him was friendly, but not pushy. Chelsey is very friendly. She does not beat around the bush and she did not just tell me what she thought I wanted to hear. If she did not have the answer to my question, she knew how to find the answer. Chelsey worked really hard to find me what I needed even though I did not know what I was looking for!! I was searching for the right vehicle and we found a Silverado 2500 HD on the internet at NeSmith. I had already tried working with my usual dealer and another dealer as well. My usual (for over 25 years) dealer didn't seem interested in my business. I guess they figured I would eventually buy from them like I had in the past. For this and for my previous purchase - they failed to look for the right vehicle or even call for weeks so I started looking for a new dealer. I then went to the second dealer whose salesman proceeded to tell me what vehicle I should buy. Forget what I wanted - they thought that they knew what I needed better than I did. They even retrieved a vehicle from another dealer and said that was what they were selling me. Oh well, someone else bought that one I guess. They also looked at this exact vehicle in their locator service but said it would be $2000 more than the one they had already gotten which was more than I was willing to pay. My wife located this one searching the internet and we drove the 40 miles to NeSmith to see it. We were greeted right away by Barry and proceeded through the test drive and negotiation process. Barry and Scott were great to work with. They actually listened to what we wanted not what they though we should have. Then they proceeded to beat every other deal we had seen. Their price and trade in value were fair and left both of the other dealers in the dust. They also replaced a tire that was out of round then they sprayed in the bedliner I wanted and were still way better than the other deals. I have already referred several family and friends to them and will start with NeSmith when I am looking for my next vehicle. I have nothing but positive comments to say about the dealership, the personnel, and the service so far.

We have bought vehicles at Nesmith for many years and always been satisfied with the service. We will most likely continue to purchase vehicles at Nesmith.

Christy is a very exceptional salesperson, informative and very professional. Christy was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles she was selling. Christy made our purchasing experience a joy. Christy's personality is very unique and customer friendly. Christy is cable of easing the tension and taking the stress out of making a major purchase.
