Nesmith Cheverolet has what it takes

My wife and I bought a 2014 Cheverolet Traverse from Nesmith Cheverolet and we couldn't be happier. After looking at several used Traverses, the salespersons, Shane and Christi, pointed out the rebates and GM card points we could use on a new one. They were both extremely helpful and patient as we weighed our options. They went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied. No pressure, no hard selling, just helpful advice. We will definitely do business at Nesmith Cheverolet again, and we will ask for Shane and Christi.

My husband and I bought an Acadia in August 2011 from Nesmith and swore we would never come back. The sales person (who no longer works there) was awful and the whole thing took all day. I was not happy by the time we left. Someone talked us into trying them again and working with Jason, and I'm glad we did. He was very knowledgeable about my new Tahoe, answered all my questions, gave us a reasonable trade in price for my Acadia, and we were in and out with a sealed deal in 1 1/2 hours. He did whatever it took to make this experience with Nesmith a good one. I could not be happier with the whole experience and love my new Tahoe!

Upon arrival at NeSmith Chevrolet, Jason Sapp promptly greeted us. He immediately made us feel comfortable, not only with the facility, but with the buying process, making introductions to other employees that would be involved. Jason did a great job in explaining the various options as well as all the many features of the Yukon Denali that we purchased. Usually I dread the process involved in purchasing a new car, but in this case, Jason was able to make it a real pleasure. I would highly recommend Jason Sapp as well as Nesmith Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I might add that the relationship that Jason had with Earl Hutto and Wes Asselin and with their expertise made for a seamless transaction.
