He was very professional, friendly, determined to give us what we were asking for, if there was a issue he was right on top of it to correct it to our satisfaction. Never felt pressured or ignored. He went over and beyond of our expectations. His professionalism and attitude is what made us decide not to even shop around. We shopped NeSmith first and only and will continue to do our auto business there for many years to come. I emailed Barry about the vehicle I looked at on-line and in no time, he sent the information I wanted and more. I went and talked to him, told him what I had to trade in, got the car we'd talked about to test drive. My wife and I went back the next day and he had numbers ready for us.Everyone we came in contact with asked if they could help us in any way.The owner even asked if we wanted pizza they were having for lunch.We were treated like family.The price we were offered for our trade was great and better than other places we'd tried.The price on the one we wanted was also great and we knew this was where we were doing business.Barry explained everything to us and it was what we wanted.We were very satisfied and couldn't have been treated any better.Barry McGlashan handled everything perfectly and we felt good about our purchase.
